Are there any stretches for the stiffness in the internal facia and ligaments of the feet? My feet soles are soft toe touch, but when flexing them, they feel like there is stiff masking tape taped to the soles.
I went for a run, with the wrong shoes. Couldn’t walk for a few days. Developed a Meralgia on right foot. Now I experience a lot of tightness. I roll a tennis ball and golf ball for deep fascia release and use a cylindrical tube With nodules to massage. Old school Electric Shiatsu massager works great. Only dam thing it’s good for.

This great...why is it, when I torque my neck to crack it. My chest cracks... It feels like my neck muscles go all the way to my chest. This has been going on for 2 yrs or so. Any suggestions?
Can you do a video on lateral shift? There are other videos on the subject but they do not address how it occurs, why it occurs, or how many weeks or months of using the McKenzie method is needed. I have been told it cannot be fixed permanently. Is that true?
Maybe do a video on the dangers of compensation. Would have been nice to know after I got my knee surgery and before all the dysfunctions came about that I had to fix

You try rolling the feet out on a golf ball?
