High level as always! It would be great to see and hear from you about connection of the diaphragm and pelvic floor in the core and their connection to the posture. Tight diafragm and week pelvic floor worsen posture and corrective exercises for the neck, shoulders and upper beck might be not so effective if there are problems in the body cylinder on the lower level as well as the problems in the buttocks, thighs and feet
Wow you just completely described my problem that Ive been trying to work extensively with my doctors on. Ive been mostly bedridden for 5 years because of similar symptoms after a major acute neurological disease (ADEM). Is anyone of you able to link me to or show me more resources that could help with these type of issues? I could provide alot more detail but my medical history is complicated (especially with hypermobility on top of everything) and with all of my therapies I just dont have the money for any personalized online treatments unfortunately.
@@JoniBurtKnapps Sorry to read about your problems. I've been gathering information from different english and russian speaking resources to find answers to my problems but l don't know any information connecting problems of neurological type. And l need a personal trainer as well because the information l know doesn't make a whole picture to start work with. But l cannot afford. I know that Feldenkrais method is more about movement and its connection with brain and nerves. You could look for and watch utube videos of Elena Volkova in Russian or Alfons in English and decide whether it's for you
Blake.... OMG, You helped me tremendously doing the exercises for the shoulder posture. The stretch ban was a bit harder for me but need to practice some more. Easy to follow which makes it easier. I did not click on the link but would like to know how I can get a hard copy of your book. I will pay for it thru paypal. Thanks so much in advance...
Good set of posture workouts. Most people only post 1 posture exercise in their video but you posted a whole repertoire which I can follow all in the one video
Thanks for sharing your knowledge. You’re always precise with the demonstrations and explanations. It is greatly appreciated. Most people have posture issues nowadays because of our devices, so these exercises are very precious. Many thanks Blake 🙏
Thanks for the instruction. I'm looking forward to using my stretch bands again after seeing your video. I have neck and shoulder pain that started in the last 6 months and I'm hoping to improve my shoulder posture to see if that helps my condition.
The idea that Pull-ups pull your shoulders FORWARD into internal rotation hit me in the face like a brick. I idolized my father for his ability to bang out 20 pull ups, and I rarely if ever counteracted the 10,000+ pull ups I’ve done with upper back work. I’m teaching my son pull ups now, and this oversight will not be repeated thanks to this video. Thank you!
Brilliant Blake, these are on the tough side for me, I'm going to be sore tomorrow (strong legs, weaker upper body). Great finer point instruction, Cheers.

That’s a good topic for a future video...thanks!
I would LOVE to see a video that addresses this topic ❤️

Hi, would you like to know PEMF therapeutic device?
Good set of posture workouts. Most people only post 1 posture exercise in their video but you posted a whole repertoire which I can follow all in the one video
Doing these daily, how many days/month it would take to see the results.
I can't even get my elbows to touch the wall when I'm having my back up against the wall that's how messed up I am
I actually liked it before the video started because I am sure it's going to be terrific 😂🙌
Why do I feel the band pull apart on my front delts 🤔🤔 (it should feel in the rear area/delt I suppose)
Great video thanknyou so much
Should we do these after, during or after working out

Lol glad you found it useful man
Thank you so much for the E-book!!! Those are all the problems I've been working on with my own mish-mash of exercises. This makes it way easier!
Nice Vid. My elbows and wrists come up off the floor doing the wall press regression. Do you have a link to most effective pec stretches? Cheers
We need to do all of them or just pick some of those?
How many sets on the “prone press to Y raise”?
excellent. thank you
Great video! What would you recommend for very advanced Kyphosis?
Hey Dina, I have many videos on this here on my channel
Brilliant Blake, these are on the tough side for me, I'm going to be sore tomorrow (strong legs, weaker upper body). Great finer point instruction, Cheers.
Glad you liked this Jess!
