    Looked like a neat e bike to me! Our American spec Stance doesn't have a dropper either and comeswith a SR Suntour fork. Thanks for the review.

      Ah the Suntour brand, first heard about that in the latest BKXC video. Seems to be a rising star!

    I'm waiting for my Stance E+2 2020, I hope it's better than 2019, more quiet (battery is 500W, the v2019 is 400W) and for 2650€ is one of the most "cheap" full suspension EMTB today . Your review has been useful to me, thanks!

    • @PHAM_mtb
      @PHAM_mtb  4 роки тому +1

      Sounds reasonable. Looking forward to test ride that sometimes. Glad I could help :)

      @@PHAM_mtb you were right, battery is 500W, on version E+2 is 400W; on E+2 2020 is 500W, I hope enough to start for me in e-mtb

    • @PHAM_mtb
      @PHAM_mtb  4 роки тому +1

      500W is enough for 1000-1300 meters of altitude, so yes, should be enough to get started :)

      @@PHAM_mtb First short test today, motor noise is nearly inaudible , power is enough to move my 111Kg over hills, 16 Kms drops 22% of battery (with middle assistance, only full in high slopes, estimated range 50-60 kms with theses conditions) , damping is well balanced...only complain is its weight (24Kg) but in a e-mtb this isn't too much (at this price range). For me it's a good bicycle with a very good cost/benefits ratio, been my first e-bike I'm very happy with it.

    Interesting. That motor was REALLY pushing you up those hills, yeah, it seemed a bit loud to me as well.

    40 PSI in tires, and loose battery explains vibration/rattles during decent, yes motor a bit noisy but quieter than shuttle buses :-)

    • @PHAM_mtb
      @PHAM_mtb  5 років тому

      Definitely quieter than shuttle buses, haha! Good point :)

      @macmondo74 5 років тому +1

      @@menestrel76 Yeah I was told that the motor would have to be loosened from the bottom bracket to enable cable routing down the seat post and up to the front, I'm not sure I'd be confident doing this myself on such a new bike.

    that battery should be locked in using the key. Mines is very very tight to remove, but don't ride with the battery like that, it will fall out.

    Suggestions for different bikes? There are that many German (and european) Bicycle Companies - there´s no need to buy something from a korean Company 😉

      Stimmt nicht ganz :D Giant hat die 156kg zulässiges Gesamtgewicht wo viele andere nur 125 haben, ausserdem gefällt mir die Aktivierung des Motors deutlich besser als bei Bosch Motoren und der widerstand des Motors ist spürbar geringer wenn überhaupt vorhanden. Dropper Post hab ich mir selbst nachgerüstet, Brand Ascend X für 115euro. Da kann man ruhig mal ein Fahrrad aus Taiwan kaufen.
