    Doctor Peng, thank you so very much for your video: Shoulder Pain Relief Exercises (5 minutes) . After doing the exercises, my shoulder pasin DISAPPEARED !😊 I am looking forward to doing the exercises two more times today. I am determined to do the exercises just as you suggested. The video I viewed is different from this one I am commenting under. The shoulder exercises I performed were viewed on my television. The exercises did not include dumbbells. It is stated that you imparted the video 2 years ago.I am going to perform the above shoulder exercises as well. Again, thank you.

    I'm very prone to joint/tendon issues. Can you make more videos like this for other joints? I'd like to do them all to improve my joint health in general so that I can hopefully *stop* getting injured.

    I wish you were private pay. I have Kaiser and have exactly the same issue with the glutes and hamstrings that you mentioned on a video last year with a teen girl.
