You are welcome to ask any questions about the items for sale on my sales page, I will try to answer as soon as I can. Please understand that I can not take the time anymore to answer questions like "Do you think Mexican Fenders are better than Korean Epiphones" or "What's your favourite stompbox under $ 100?" and other general gear-questions. I understand that the casual and informal way of internet communication is inviting to ask anything you ever wanted to know about guitars. However, I get about 150 emails a day (!) just like these, it would take many hours each day just to respond to all these general questions. That is simply impossible to do. However, questions related to items on my inventory I'll try to answer quickly
Allgemeine Fragen zu Gitarren und Amps:
Inzwischen habe ich über 5000 Gitarrenvideos erstellt, und die Leute denken natürlich nicht ganz zu Unrecht: "Der kann mir sicher ein paar gute Tipps geben", oder immer beliebter: Fragen beantworten, zu einer Gitarre, die gerade günstig bei Ebay ersteigert wurde und etwas merkwürdig aussieht... Das Problem ist allerdings, dass ich inzwischen jeden Tag an die 150 derartige Mails mit allgemeinen Fragen aus der ganzen Welt bekomme... ("welche Epiphone kannst Du empfehlen..., "...was ist der Unterschied zwischen einer Custom-Shop-Les-Paul und einer normalen...", "..welche Strat-Pickups soll ich in meine Road-Worn einbauen", "..was ist der Unterschied zwischen einer Vintage-Fender/Gibson und einer Reissue ..".
Ich habe eine ganze Zeit jeden Tag solche Mails beantwortet - und im Einzelfall wäre dies auch kein Problem. Aber, sorry, in diesem Umfang geht das leider nicht mehr! Nehmt es also bitte nicht persönlich wenn ich solche allgemeinen Fragen ab jetzt deshalb grundsätzlich nicht beantworte! Ebenso wenig Fragen nach Backing-Tracks, Aufnahme-Equipment, Plektren, Saiten.. - vieles steht bereits in den "FAQ" Seiten
Spezielle Fragen zum Equipment in meinem Shop beantworte ich natürlich weiterhin gerne. Bei umfassenden Fragen/Beratungen lieber auch telefonisch als per Mail. Und ich bekomme so auch einen viel besseren Eindruck über die Wünsche und Vorstellungen des Kunden weil man direkt auch gezielt nachfragen-, Empfehlungen geben kann etc. . Am WE oder abends anrufen ist auch kein Problem.

I feel so luck that I learned of Gregor Hilden and his music a few years ago. I wanted to buy a Gibson es137 and went searching for a demo on that guitar and I found Gregor's site. If I were a rich man I would pay to have him come play in Evanston, IL. at The Space! Yes I did buy that es137 and love it.

really good, great to hear organ trios again,recently discovered the Delvon Lamar organ trio as well, so it seems to be a happening thing!...maybe people are craving more blues and jazz again. anyway keep up the groovin'.

Yeah, Greg is awesome, but that organ on Way Back Home truly awesome with that Leslie, and the player has the most feel on that song, but others are great....

ES-175 with Wah, geil! Tolle Version von Blue Clouds!
Nach dem Konzert im Leverkusener topos kann ich gestehen: "Wolfgang Roggenkamp ist mein neuer Lieblingsbassist" :) . Was er auf der Solo- Begleitungsstimme spielt, ist einfach zum Zunge Schnalzen. Aber dass er den Bass so praezise, geschmackvoll und einfach vollwertig mal eben so nebenbei mitspielt, dass ist unverschaemt :) Mein Kumpel und ich haben uns nicht nur einmal unglaeubig angesehen....
Naja, und Gregor Hilden an der Gitarre ist eh toll :) Dirk Brand ist ein toller Schlagzeuger!

Good performance and good recording. Great separation, the drums especially. Nice to see you in action on the guitar This definitely sets you apart from many of your peers on UA-cam. I like that second song "Stop Leading Me On" Everything is working together. The changes were tight and the dynamic variations raise everything a cut above.

You're such a guitarist you have to find with light in the dark. I love the lacy layedback sound. Where you nail the music that you play less is more, instate 1000 notes in 1 second. Your UA-cam guitar reviews and playing are awesome AND live you it stays extremly well. You're the ONLY one who can do this in your jazzy sound. Sorry for Alan Hinds and his new ACbooster Souldrive. LIVE sorry Allan Holdsworth, mr. Jan Akkerman, Pop into the Chemist, its all about to nail and control your guitar and Amp. Gregor Hilden reallly understand this, like Mark Knopfler, John Mayer and Eric Clapton. Extremly good dynamic changes instead of Amps on volume 10 :-(. Gregor Hilden plays the way it has to be.
