I've seen some PRI techniques and I have a question: If the poas is too tight, can we do some stretching or just do a 90/90 PRI to shut that muscle down. In my mind, I don't want to stretch any muscle in my body because I feel like the more I stretch it, the more I get stuck in that muscle (e.g. psoas or thighs). So does PRI teach any stretching to make its muscles longer? thanks!
