If after heal strike at toe off when the knee should bend, if you cant bent the knee and more pronation happens with the externally rotated foot, does this mean that if you have an overpronation than more than likely your not bending the knee and going through heal stroke with a straight leg. Hyper extended? Really trying to understand this. I seem to have a externally rotated right foot. Learning about ZOA also as part of this but your explanation with the picture board seems to help me understand this... I think. LOL
