Sophie is truly one of the best Pilates instructors I've had. She is a Master Pilates Instructor. Her classes are very therapeutic for someone like myself with joint pain. i love Sophie's workouts because there's so much core work. only thing i would like better is if there was no music. some of the workouts don't have any but i wish all had no music.

Great workout..I have early signs of osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis..This wasn't hard on my joints and i was sweating like crazy
