I loved this level 2 work out. It was my first time but I did well for a 63 year old woman with fibromyalgia. I had difficulty with the scissor and the full roll over. I can do the roll over but need more time to ensure the control. I am becoming addicted to doing pilates every day. I just love it. Once a week is a complete waste of time. You are great. I love your videos. The best on youtube. Thank you so much.
really like your classes. the most difficult for me is balancing just behind sit bones and straightening legs with or without hands behind thighs. very challenging. but I love the pace and the precise directions. Thanks.
I did it today, thank you Beth, it was a little too fast for me but I really feel good. The more difficult movement for me is to roll over, when you go for the third one I’m still trying to do the first
Great class Beth. Find the side balancing ones where you kick top leg in front hard…. Loose balance so easily with those. The one on your front with head resting on one arm and opposite arm is holding the opposite leg which you then lift along with the head….. they are tough also! Guess that means I have work to do in those areas! 👍😜
Thank you Beth!! Some of them are challenging to me but I finished! I love the quotes you put before start the class, and the nature images at the end. Very nice! love your lessons
I’m doing the level 1 and 2 Pilates with you for about a week now. So it is time to thank you for sharing your knowledge. I’ve been told to do Pilates to get my back and core stronger (suffering from back pain for over 8 months, and it turned out it’s because I’m not engaging my core at all) I’m day by day managing to do the exercises easier and better. I can’t believe how quickly my body started to be more flexible. You made me understand that if I listen to my body I can bend and twist without pain in my back by focusing on my core. That’s an incredible discovery. I’ll happily carry on with your classes. Many thanks, Beth!!
I really like it. It is neither too difficult nor too easy. I could do almost all movement with a little difficulty. My pilates teacher was killing me. This one is better thanks, greetings from Turkey
Thank you, Beth! During the lockdown, doing Pilates 2 with you has been the best thing during my day. I wonder if you were interested in offering a level 3 class, too? Would love doing that!
What I do is replay the movements over and over if I think I'm not doing it correctly that is occassionally because I can't see the leg position due to black mat and black leggings. I was so pleased to see you wearing different colours in each video class. Sooooo helpful Beth. I don't know how you get from one position to the other so quickly but if I dont get there I just pause 🤪🤗💕
Thank you so much for these fabulous classes. I love the variety in movement and the challenge. The classes fly by and I think I’m in better shape now then when I belonged to a gym! 😊
Feedback: I’ve been doing your classes and love the flow and actually mentally called it out to myself. (I measure by how much I have to move my tablet + stand.) This class was nice but I felt a little bit more jolted than your usual style. It’s been a year so it’s not a hindrance to visiting TFP. I think designing around that, tablet/phone or desktop would help the flow design. You obviously consider this most of the time because this is the first where I’ve felt scrambled up, personally. *but I do love that you flipped away from the camera for the side lying set. It was a good POV for my own posture. // thanks for considering this!
I too love your classes but felt this one chopped and changed too much. I would prefer to spend a bit longer with each pose so that I can more deeply feel what is going on.
That’s a good comprehensive workout . I was looking for an overall body one for after a run. Really enjoyed it as ever . Liked the variety in particular - feel my whole body has done something. Thanks
Awesome Classic Pilates Class! Very Challenging for me, I will repeat until I can level up. I did the beginner's class a few days ago. Keep up the good work!
Wonderful. I'm so glad to hear that you are trying different classes. Will you be joining me next week for Pilates Kickstart? trifectapilates.com/programs/pilateskickstart/
I love your workouts, but I’d love it if you add modifications for ppl with lower back pains when working on lower abs. Thank you so much for your videos, it helps keeping sane
Straightening my legs in a ?boat lose? Is challenging. I don’t have the flexibility. Another good workout, lots in there incl some good stretches which is fantastic.
I love this video! Been doing it for a while. However, I just wished you mentioned whether knees and legs come together when we put our legs in table top and also when we raise our legs as the angle doesn't show!
Hi Beth. good workout thanks. i know one should release the neck throughout but i still manage to have a tight neck at the end. is it an option to end the clas with a neck release of some kind please.
Hi Beth - thank you so much for your routines, they are exceptional and I loved working my way up from never having done pilates before to finally understanding and moving freely through your sequences - It's definitely getting me through this quarantine, and even my chronic sciatica pain has improved so much! I understand that this sequence has variations, is there a more challenging version of this workout? I find the jack knife move especially challenging, and also I don't feel much doing the lying down leg kicks at @15.00 - feel I'm not quite doing it right, what am I meant to be feeling here? thanks again!
I can do most moves except rollovers (not so youthful anymore). I just need more reps in a pose so there aren't so many transitions. Thanks though, love it!
This is my favourite workout, I’m keep coming back to this. Thank you, Beth! Any suggestion for the side kick when lying down? (Video 20:15) I can’t keep my body stationary. When pull my leg back my whole body moves forward. How can I keep my body fixed in that position?
Thought I did well. My hips pop a bit so the on the knees, kick, kick front back was very difficult. Is there a short class that helps with the roll overs?
Beth I am loving both level 2 35 minute and 55 minute. I'm am really struggling with only with the crab. You can lean forward. My back is bolt upright. In any other position leaning forward I can go well past my toes and legs straight in all the other challenges so which muscles do I need to do more stretches on please? Can you direct me to your relevant videos? Lovely. Many thanks
@@trifectapilates sorry Beth. I'm not getting you. I'm so tight everywhere when I try to lean forward with legs on the floor in cross legged position. But in standing I can go straight legged with my palms flat on the floor, and can do roll overs very well with fairly straight back. I seem to be hyper Mobil in so many positions except cross legged. 😂
Hi Beth total beautiful and amazing and inspiring pilates mat video Beth please please do more pilates video loved loved it Beth Beth please do a pilates mat video with inverted bicycle and scissors in the air and thanks Beth for shareing awmome Beth pilates teacher and pilates friend and you rock Beth
This class follows the classic 34 exercises including order and repetitions. If you want to try another classic workout, try the level 1 classic flow, that provides a slower tempo and different variations.
Great workout! Precisely challenging!
So glad you enjoyed it.
Great class. Level 2 with your thorough instructions is just right!
So glad it was just right!
Love this class. The right level of challenge to push myself! Keep up the good work!!
The traditional work is a good challenge!

Enjoyed this lesson on the mat today; left me feeling light and energised ready to tackle the Christmas wrapping!
I'm so happy to hear that... anything to get through the wrapping!
Almost got those teasers, but still strugguling to get it correctly!! Thnaks Beth, loved the practice!!👌
Some teachers say there's a reason why the exercise is called teaser! So glad that you enjoyed the class.
Fantastically clear instructions - love the flow and it really helps my achy joints. Thank you

This was great. Thank you so much. 💞

Couldn’t do it 2 weeks ago but had a darn good try this time. Only those rollovers have me really toiling! Thanks Beth❣️

Hi Beth. good workout thanks. i know one should release the neck throughout but i still manage to have a tight neck at the end. is it an option to end the clas with a neck release of some kind please.
You can always try a different one of the classic sequences and see if that makes a difference.
I enjoyed it a lot!! Thank you!!
The crab sequence was hard for me. Especially engaging glutes and lifting up!
Don't be hard on yourself, you got this!
❤️Beth I wish you lived in London!
One day I'll visit!
thank you for doing these! most of this one was right around my level but i’ve never been able to roll up from laying down without momentum :/
You're so welcome! have you tried one of the newer classes, Progress to Roll Over? That class really helps with that exercise.
Trifecta Pilates oh great i’ll check it out!!
Super,thank you!
I like your workouts! I feel like I’m straining my neck in some of the moves. Could you address that?
This can happen. My go to is add variations, take a break so there is the neck doesn't engage. Reverse abs are my favorite.
Thanks Beth, very useful for my teacher training..... I’ve got such a longgggg way to go. All subscribed and will recommend too 🙏🏽
Awsome! I feel great, full of positive energy!
Thanks💗💗💗

Hello Beth, sorry your new super fan here. What video would you recommend as level 3 ( or a level 2 with a bit more toning)? Many thanks 🙏🏻
Welcome! Anything with weights will provide more toning and there are some power workouts as well.

That is a challenging one. A lot of stability work goes into it, more than just the abs.
Thought I did well. My hips pop a bit so the on the knees, kick, kick front back was very difficult. Is there a short class that helps with the roll overs?
There is a full program within the Membership & App for the Roll Over Exercise. You can get more info about that here: trifectapilates.com/membership/

Fun, I need help with roll overs.
That is a challenging exercise with A LOT going on with it.
Teaser and corkscrew modifier were challenging
The most challenging was laying side wise 2 x front leg and hold in back. I wiggled a lot.
Side lying work can be challenging.
I am having trouble with the roll up. Very frustrating ☺️

Why are my hip flexors on fire?
The hips do work in some exercises and can "take over" as well.
@@trifectapilates if that’s the case it looks like I need to learn how to recruit those hips to “take over”.
