Yeah if I pick up more I'll definitely document it I don't know how hard I'm going to go with switch collecting but the games are picked up in this video all of them turn out to be pretty good so we'll see how it goes
You and ProJo are killing me with all this Gamestop content bro. I got no Switch or Gamestop= I don't collect current consoles and just no Gamestop in country. Looks like some dece deals tho.
@@lightsabersamurai1040 I'm game for whatever bro. I can't collect physical anymore due to relocating to Asia, but I still enjoy my game channels. Big thx for asking tho man.
@@ProfessorJokaseyGaming Ahhh bro like I said before= I can't collect ANYTHING physical anymore, and if I'm real with it, it hurts my feelings to give a console company money for non-physical because I know they're going to close that store, walk off with my money and leave me high and dry. So the only thing I buy now is hunting the Steam sales, because that never closes as long as there are PCs. I just still watch you dudes out of habit and a desire to push the channels to get bigger.
Great pickups for sure, especially for the price! Unfortunately, the selection at my local Gamestops is kinda sad even when there isn't a sale happening. The closest I came to a good deal from them was getting Metroid Dread for $24 after my pro discount.
I'm upset with the state of modern gaming. If a game gets a physical release and you miss the reserve window, you are screwed. I missed the reserve window for Getsufumaden on Switch and am very unhappy if the game will be forever $80++++ I've always missed these sales. I can't spend time on CAG to learn about these things. It sucks because of what I just stated. Anyways, I'm glad people are still excited to buy physical.
You can get really bad performance out of any machine, if you aren't experienced. It could be those games which appear on other platforms perform better there, since the programmers are better at managing resources there and do not account for differences on the Switch as well. I saw an interview talking about dynamic lighting on the Switch is really poor. Further when porting the original Metroid Prime (which appeared to have dynamic lighting, but was a trick), the makeup of the Switch hardware restricted how the port was done and made it difficult to pull off the trick the original way or using actual dynamic lighting. Things don't have to look intensive to be crazy on hardware. Take web browsing, for instance. Web browsers use a ton of memory and CPU. If you open your task manager, you will be surprised.
Atta boy, Lightsaber! Documenting your Switch collecting journey is a great idea for a series.

Yeah I definitely got in early this time. Usually even if I go in a few days after the store is already cleared out
I missed just die already for the switch I might have to go back to the site
Yeah I'm thinking about going back this weekend and grabbing a few more I'm going to Kansas City tomorrow so I may try some GameStops up there
