I love how convincing a paint job can be! To think that this was once an eyedropper, that's just silly. I love the creativity and it's super inspiring.
First time checking out your videos, and this one was an impressive trash-to-treasure build. Gotta say I miss the olive-drab wings and the stenciling on them, all-silver lost a bit of the character, but that's about the only thing I'd do differently. Inspiring mini-build!
I thought the same thing after I painted it... I definitely could have gone more green with the body and keep the wing... maybe on the next one.😀 Thanks.
I kept seeing this and seeing it. Finally gave it a click and I have to say, the finished project was fantastic! I often feel like doing this when I see random knick-knacks lying around.
Love this build and paint job! The way you brought the different components together is beautifully balanced and the depth with the translucency is next level. Nice skull ;)
In older editions of 40k, GW actually gave instructions on how to build a land-speeder from a deodorant bottle. I myself am old enough to remember when they recommended making home-made terrain out of cardboard as a way to save money. Oh they were different times :D
Absolutely love this kind of creativity! Dog chews off my daughters Barbie leg an it’s straight to the junk drawer an the trash to make a cybernetic limb !
this so amazing its in the spirit of how star wars models and star trek ships were made. Was watching an old TNG vfx behind the scenes and they made a small shuttle craft with Bic razor handles and other parts.
This is so cool and really inspires me to try to find little pieces to combine together! The design for this ship totally feels like something Miyazaki would design for his world. I love it! Great job :)
By all means, and I also definitely can, and do see outside and beyond the box. Always looking for odds and ends, as well as the little things to use in the biggest way. Secondhand and thrift stores are great for finding all of the little trinkets and treasures. We as the imagineer's, are so full of potential. The possibilities are only limited for the ones who do not dream. DREAM ON.
What a brilliant little build. Ironically enough, I have a pilot like that and the eyedrop container as well in my junk box. I believe my eyedrop bottle is a reddish color. Your use of normal everyday items is fantastic!
really nice relic job. such a cool little spacecraft. just looking at it makes me think about the narrative, i want to know the story of this space cowboy!
Very good job budy!! Since I was a child, I used to keep scraps to make my own toys or make over them. I'm Brazilian and we got no many youtubers with content like yours. It's inspiring, I went back to when I made a Bat-plane for my 90's Batman animated series figure, using a round pizza box lid. I'm glad to know this channel, you won a BR subscriber! =)
Wow. That pilot/cockpit piece is genius. I wonder if something like that is available as a one-off. You could turn so many things into ships like this.
Cool little project using found pieces, the end result was awesome. The large green canopy really makes this unique. It could definately be a variant of Luke's T-17 hopper from before SW: A New Hope used for scouting and/or recon missions. Great find with the eyedrops, make sure you thank the Mrs. I am always on the lookout for strange shapes in the recycle bin to save. The pilot/cockpit piece really made this a winner.
Really a fantastic job Dave! I would never have thought of using the bottle for a ship but I am glad you did. it is just so cool looking. Thanks for sharing this.
So funny story, I just totally forgot to paint that side!🤪 One other person called it out and I was thinking “what are they talking about” so I went and looked at it and sure enough… totally forgot!😂
Whatever the reason my brain gravitated to this so much, this was such a rad idea from the outset, and you completed it all so well. great build, well worth the watch.
This man is a national treasure. He recycles more of our trash than China ever did. I stopped using hot glue on plastic; my glue gun wasn't adjustable, so I had a lot of distortion
i just wanted to say thanks. about a year ago i saw one of your scratch build video and i thought it was pretty cool and I'd give it a try. today, i can build about anything i want cuz i know how thanks to your videos. i made a movie accurate Ground Hunter Killer tank from Terminator, and i also made a Corellian Corvette from Star Wars amongst many other built i made. Again thanks a lot !
Great kitbash. Simple but something I could see flying around in an old Heavy Metal comic.
Thanks
Es verdad. Se parece un poco al diseño de las naves que dibujaba Moebius. Saludos!
The art looks cool Mr
It's like the ships from No man sky
@@santiagoalfaro7855same, looks like a moebius design!
That cockpit idea is genius, and you made it look so good. The final ship is fantastic and believable.
Thanks! This was super fun!
this was the best video on youtube i watched in a while great job 👍
Thanks!
I love how convincing a paint job can be! To think that this was once an eyedropper, that's just silly. I love the creativity and it's super inspiring.
Thanks!
Be even cooler to sneak in a tiny LED to glow inside the green shell. That would be cool. Maybe if you find a more colors you can make a whole fleet
I do love me a good LED.😅
I love the idea of a fleet.
Some sort of shampoo bottle or hand sanitizer bottle could make some sort of larger command ship, they often have see through coloured bottles
I love the green glass look 👍👍
Thanks. This one kinda built itself…😅
This is legitimately the most inspired I’ve felt in quite some time. You are a gem, man.
That makes me so happy to hear! Thanks!
One man's trash is another man's... sculpture! Top notch work, once again!
It was in a random box of model bit that I found at a yardsale. Unfortunately I don’t know what kit it came from…
Cool little personal flyer space craft , looks like the kind of vehicle you would see flying about a Sci-fi metropolis , great job 👍
Thanks.
I love the color of that cockpit canopy. The pilot fit in there perfectly.
Thanks!
Wow this is so cool and cute! Never expected the Japanese megusuri bottle becomes a space ship. I want to add some led inside so it can glow💡
That looks so cool
Giving me lego ideas. Reminds me of the prototype XF-86 Goblin plane, in a way.
That was excellent, thank you!
Glad you enjoyed. Thanks.

Thanks.
I'm watching your video and it all seems very simple, but you slowly realize that the builder has a lot of techniques to work with. Very impressive.
Thanks. I’m definitely still learning.😃
They say to tell the truth is a good thing but to make it up is even better! That was awesome!
Thanks! 😀
I kept seeing this and seeing it. Finally gave it a click and I have to say, the finished project was fantastic! I often feel like doing this when I see random knick-knacks lying around.
Thanks for checking it out!
nice imaginative project. well done.
Thanks
I wish I had just an ounce of your creativity! Well done!
It's gotta be in there somewhere...😀
Thanks.
Love this build and paint job! The way you brought the different components together is beautifully balanced and the depth with the translucency is next level. Nice skull ;)
Thanks man!😃
Superb! I was dubious about painting the lower cockpit glass but it really made the 'canopy' pop.
Great rainy Sunday project ! This canopy is gorgeous! (I would have gone with a more complementary accent color)😊
Yeah, I thought of that after the fact as well…😂
Ive watched this a few times over the months, the simplistic design is so captivating. Its like something new every time i see it! Amazing work!
Oh nice! I appreciate that!🙏
In older editions of 40k, GW actually gave instructions on how to build a land-speeder from a deodorant bottle. I myself am old enough to remember when they recommended making home-made terrain out of cardboard as a way to save money. Oh they were different times :D
Different times indeed! 😅
This came out fantastic 👏
I'm inspired to do something like this with my daughter 😊
You have no idea how happy that makes me!!! ❤
Absolutely love this kind of creativity! Dog chews off my daughters Barbie leg an it’s straight to the junk drawer an the trash to make a cybernetic limb !
💯
this so amazing its in the spirit of how star wars models and star trek ships were made. Was watching an old TNG vfx behind the scenes and they made a small shuttle craft with Bic razor handles and other parts.
I loved all toys with cockpits and tiny pilots. So this hits my feels cheers man
This is so cool and really inspires me to try to find little pieces to combine together! The design for this ship totally feels like something Miyazaki would design for his world. I love it! Great job :)
Thanks so much! Miyazaki is the best!!! I actually got to go to the Miyazaki museum in Tokyo. It was really fun.
Came out looking great. Nice work
Thanks
Absolutely amazing !

Well said! Thanks. 😀
Very cool build looks awesome I think it would look cool if you would have added little guns on the wings and maybe a little antenna on the top
I did try some gun but it just didn't feel right at the time... maybe on the next one! 😀
Thanks.
You know. How can something so simple become so cool? Good job.
Thanks!
Love this. Thanks. :)
Those bird skulls look great also.
Love it! Love how happy you were with it. It's infectious.
There’s something so rewarding about creating something with your hands…
Your joy is infectious and I hate things … this is about what I do as well and it’s crazy to see your creativity
I just kept smiling watching your marvelous idea of making something cool!! A big salute to you and to your talent!
Thank you!
Love this! Found object sculptures are really cool to make.
Wow! That turned out great! Thanks for sharing.
That was so cool to watch and it came out fabulous. I just love the little cockpit guy.
Thanks
awesome work, it makes me remember things that I imagined when I was a child
What a brilliant little build. Ironically enough, I have a pilot like that and the eyedrop container as well in my junk box. I believe my eyedrop bottle is a reddish color. Your use of normal everyday items is fantastic!
I hope you make something awesome with it!!!😃
You've inspired me to use it. I'm thinking about a piloted droid walker. ;)

When sid from toystory Grows up, he kept his craft, and now he's famous for putting different toys together
After delivering pizzas for Pizza Planet of course! 😅
Instant fan. I love repurposed anything and everything. You're saving the planet in the most creative way possible! 🥰🥰🥰
Awesome! Thanks so much!
I just LOVE Your Channel. Since I am usually exhausted at the end of my work day, I can live vicariously thru your wonderful productions. Two 👍👍
That works for me!😄
Thanks for watching!

Awesome! Thanks so much and welcome!
That was awesome; it reminds me of being a kid and using my imagination to keep me entertained with everyday mundane stuff.
That’s how I grew up as well.😃
If I had something like that as a kid I would definitely play with it
I loved your ethusiasm! That ship looks like something out of a 80's comics. Fantastic craftsmanship.
Thanks you!
That turned out great. For me thete is something reminiscent of old arcade shooter games.
That need an acrylic dome to encase it in ☺ this is incredible!! I love it!
That was awesome! Now I'm inspired to try to make something out of junk.
YES!!!😀
Cool Man .... Any Star Wars Kid would be proud to have that in their room
From Trash to Art
so cool dude! brings out the kid and tinkerer in me!
Dave! So awesome! My favorite build so far! To me it looks like an alternate universe Korean War era F-86 Super Sabre.
Thanks Mark! 😃
That looks so sweet.!
Well done.!!!
Stay safe out there mate & best wishes from Scotland 🏴 🙏 ♥
Thanks
man if only i had youtube and your ideas back when i was a kid
Right!!! Feel the same way. There are so many amazing ideas on YT
Man, that's killer!! Love it. It's so simple, and yet just so perfect.
Thanks.🙂
The pure joy in your result that you exude throughout this process is delightfully contagious
Well done! This makes me want to go to a hobby shop and get some clearance kits for kit bashing some trash!
YES!!! 😅
I love the simplicity of this cool little build!
Thanks
I love it. It gives me lego blacktron vibes!
Wow. That pilot/cockpit piece is genius. I wonder if something like that is available as a one-off. You could turn so many things into ships like this.
So many possibilities out there!😃
I was hoping you'd leave the entire bottle as cockpit window, even the lower part... but it's just a nitpick and the ship is a piece of work, Doc! 👍😎
Thanks, sometimes you got an idea in your head and ya just gotta try it. I could see leaving the entire thing the cockpit being pretty cool!
Will do, Thanks! 😀
I don't comment on videos often but the youtube algorithm suggested this video to me and now I'm in love with your channel.
Thanks so much! Not sure what I did but the algorithm gods are smiling down on me today! 😂
Really a fantastic job Dave! I would never have thought of using the bottle for a ship but I am glad you did. it is just so cool looking. Thanks for sharing this.
Thanks so much
True brilliance. Nothing goes to waste when you have the gift of imagination.
And you have tubs full of containers and your friends think your nuts for keeping "trash"! 😂😂😂
Looks super good, the one side being yellow is really annoying my OCD tho haha
So funny story, I just totally forgot to paint that side!🤪
One other person called it out and I was thinking “what are they talking about” so I went and looked at it and sure enough… totally forgot!😂
Dang! When ever I see a great vid like this I always wish there was a kit for it I could buy
I love it. It has Early 90s side scrolling shoot em up video game written all over it.
This is rad! You should get some more of those eye drop bottles an make a small fleet of them
I loved this. I did things like this when I was a child and that flow! It just fell into place. Thank you. 💕
What a nice, clean design. Reminds me of French sci-fi comic art. I am always inspired by your work!
Thanks so much.
Looking forward to piloting it in the next R-Type!
Whatever the reason my brain gravitated to this so much, this was such a rad idea from the outset, and you completed it all so well. great build, well worth the watch.
Thanks!
I tell you brothers, the Dremel tool is a gift from God.
💯
That ship looks awesome 😊
You crushed it, great message!! I think the same way, I see potential and stuff others might not too.
I love that! Thanks.
dude i got to say that is one of the coolest kit bashes ive seen.
Thanks!
that was such a cleaver idea, and it looks really unique with such a distinct shape. Good job
Thank you! Cheers!
This video was recommended to me and i was hooked from start to finish! Awesome build
Thank you so much!!!
An amazing build only using a few simple parts! Looking forward to seeing more of these little builds!
Okay, that is amazing. I know I have been saving junk for a reason. Thanks for showing us this.
Thanks!
This is so dang cool! I love this style of trash/found object kitbash.
Thanks
Excellent work. I applaud your skills and efforts.
Thanks!
Great idea and great realisation!
Best design ever! Really like it.
Thank you!
It's a beautiful model, and it's so nice when you have bits of junk that just want to come together to make something great!
Fantastic video. Memories of the video I saw back in the 80's about how the kitbash all the early sci-fi movies. I just subscribed to the channel
Awesome, welcome.
Thanks for the sub!
yeah, the best kitbashes happen when the random parts just seem meant to be together. nice build.
Thanks!
Looks fantastic, could be a concept Skyhopper from A New Hope⚡️
I love that. Thank.
It definitely looks to be in the same family as a T-17 Skyhopper. Maybe a variant used for scouting/recon?
This man is a national treasure.
He recycles more of our trash than China ever did.
I stopped using hot glue on plastic; my glue gun wasn't adjustable, so I had a lot of distortion

Really nice model making ! When I was a kid a classmate did this with those gumball dispenser containers, that have a small object inside.
I may have done one or two of those as well... 😅
Thanks for stopping by.
That looks like a lot of fun!
It was inspiring to watch how you build it. Nice!
Thanks
