    Very helpful. It’s very interesting too though because it’s basically the opposite of what we do for tuning our full scale off road trucks. High speed desert running trucks would never have Emulsion style shocks on them. Emulsion shocks are only used for very slow speed rock crawl situations. Cavitation is our enemy at high speed. Our shocks separate the gas from the oil using remote Reservoirs, not just the diaphragm or bladders like what is used in RC shocks. Again, very insightful and interesting. 👍🏽✌🏽

    I'm glad that you touched on being able to use the emulsion cap as a bladder style as well. I purchased a used buggy which came with the emulsion caps, and have been thinking about purchasing the "stock" bladder caps. Now I have confirmation that I don't need to :)

    What i like on this product is the quality of it, just amazing.
    And the cap has a little more volume inside.
    And a larger bleeding hole.
    This makes bleeding and rebound setting with the stock bladers easier and more consistent from shock to shock.

    I started with emulsion long time ago but soon went to blatter style simply because I couldn't get the emulsion style to be consistent. I also find it way hard to bleed emulsion style right.
    I run the mip pistons which are simply awesome. 😎

    • @AdamDrake
      @AdamDrake  3 роки тому +1

      Yes, it's much easier and cleaner to build the shocks with bladders.

    Hi i try the emulsion shocks.
    And i like the feel, the car was very stable.
    But the concept of a single chamber shock is strange in a way. Especially in off-road.
    If bleeded like in the instructions there is vacuum in the shock when full extracted. If there is air in after a while it must get sucked in trough the seal package.
