Very funny man. Through a connection with my daughter’s school many years ago, I had occasion to sit down to dinner somewhere in Hollywood with BC, family and friends. He immediately took over the table and was effortlessly and spontaneously funny throughout. When you think you’re a pretty witty guy and you come face to face with a real comic, you realize how weak your stuff is.😅
His eyes lit up with joy when Conan called him Colonel Sanders.
It wasn't joy, he was smiling benevolently, The sort of smile you give to a child who's pissed his pants.

I have actually. 😊 There's a picture of them at a press conference for Amnesty International's charity comedy gala The Secret Policeman's Ball with Rowan Atkinson standing between them. And Cleese is a foot taller than Connolly. 😊😊

Bro no cap. Conan is the funniest talk show host. Fallon and Kimmel exaggerate jokes and fake laugh so much it’s just cringe. Conan on the other hand, no forced jokes, no cringe fake laughter, no constant interruptions when the guest is talking, just overall hilarious and insightful interviews.
