I once lived in a hot southern city in China, and I still remember twenty years ago when there were few shops with air conditioning. My father would take me out at night with his friends, and we would sit around a table at an outdoor street stall, enjoying beer/cold drinks, late-night snacks, and football matches. Although technology and the economy have changed rapidly, some of life's pleasures always remain the same.

I love snowboarding too it’s a major winter activity here in Vancouver. I know a buddy with CSIA certificate who went to China to work at some ski resort in the north, he’s doing really well financially in comparison to working in Vancouver, considering the high cost of living here and competitions. I think China is catching on snow sports really fast in recent years.
I recommend Foshan,the origin of kongfu, which is near Guangzhou!! You can take the railway across these 2 cities easily. It's famous for lion dance, Chinese Kongfu, ceramics, and of course delicious food(origin of Guangzhou & HK,but not such modern).

If u still in China, here is my suggestion, go to Xinjiang rural area, the scenery is breathtaking, but need you to do some research to find it, or go to towns bordering Pakistan, Afghanistan, you might be surprise

@@zingwibrothers lots of places that you can visit for ski and snow boarding in China. For instance I have been to only one which is the Beijing Nanshan ski village. It was very nice but not sure if it’s the best place as I haven’t try other places.
