I wonder how fast a Traxxas XO-1 could lap the Nordschleife. It is a 200km/h 1:7 scale AWD RC hypercar. Of course it will crash spectacularly as soon as it hits a bump but I still wonder what a theoretical lap would be assuming ideal conditions.

I wonder that too, i imagine it wouldnt go under 80 around this track since its so small and the track should be like a mile wide for it.....maybe it wouldnt even go under 90 mph......i wanna say itll be about 7:20 or so around here Mikey T

4) Fiat Multipla (ugliest ever European car needs honorary lap)

LOL can't decide which one is uglier, the Aztek or the Multipla. At least, the Multipla was insanely practical compared to the Aztek, so it gets some extra points.

I have tried it with drift setting and it is soooo hard, when it slides it just crashes

Not anymore, now it's called Copa Truck. Automobilista has the old category (Formula Truck) available, so it doesn't require any mods - the only "problem" is that it doens't have Nordschleife.

I love everything you do, but I especially like it when you take cool cars around short sprint races against opponents. You're commentary about the racing environment is the reason why you're seeing so much success with GT Sport. I'll watch whatever you upload, but wheel to wheel combat is my personal favorite.

Paused early on in the lap (2:45) to say... although it's tail-happy, this truck looks... surprisingly comfortable to drive. Not necessarily easy, but predictable.

Damn. Good lap Jimmer! Also to give all of you guys a bit of context, truck racing so outrageous and unsafe that Race Control always had to dismiss marshals from their posts. It is THAT dangerous. If tuck goes flying or just rolls over (they easily roll) it just destroys all safety barriers and nets.

I went to Brands Hatch last month to watch racing trucks and my god the noise that they made was defining and they shook the ground as they passed. They also spent every corner going completely sideways.

I've driven a few quick vehicles in my day but I never had as much fun or terrifying experiences as I did when I drove back to the warehouse on my Friday route through the countryside on a Freightliner 8 bay beer truck. I drove through seemingly endless cow pastures and farmland where straight lines are imaginary at speeds I'm sure the county police department would have me arrested, thrown in jail, and forgotten about for. When empty the truck forgot it was a truck and believed itself to be a sports car. This back way home at my speed cut 30 minutes off my drive time but at the speed limit added 20. The truck was governed at 72mph, which it saw only on the highway and this back road. I went through this Amish countryside so fast they didn't even know what kind of beer was advertised on the side. I went so fast down that road the white on that truck turned plaid (if you get that joke we can be friends). I scared 2 helpers so bad they quit without saying a word. That truck on that road is the only reason I kept that job as long as I did because I knew at the end of every week I got to drive down hillbilly road eastbound and down like I was the Bandit.
I was on the 2016 24H Nürburgring. And before the race one of this things maked an show run over the Nordschleife. It was realy scary when this monster came around the corner.
That was an amazing lap. Thoroughly enjoyed this!

150 mph is the limit.
Just for your information, the trucks are limited to 160 km/h in races, cause crashing with 5 tons of weight and 200 km/h would be way to dangerous.
Imagine them at their full unrestricted potential going 150-160 mph
If Jimmy doesn't win every iLMS race he drives in the Audi R18 on the Nurburgring Combined I am gonna be dissapointed. He has had so much practice here.
This is my kind of crazy. The only thing that could make this more entertaining is if you hooked up to a trailer before heading out.
I would love to see this lap from a third person camera, watching the huge truck sliding around as the driver muscles the wheel.

I have seen these thing race irl on zandfoord and it is as amazing as you would thing 12 or 15 of these trucks blasting down the straight at 250+ km/u.

They used to do truck racing at Skegness not sure if they still do. They had to re-do the tarmac as the trucks used to bunch it up to the outside

Jimmy you should shift at or just after maximum torque for fastest possible acceleration. You should shift just before power in the current gear will become less than power in the next gear.
