Cheese to the King!

Seems this guy is so lost in being a white dragon, he also went full dumbass. get him through phase 1 and run towards the roots in the back right. then get him to attack. While he's doing that, dodge out and run to where you can see him. Just range him down. He'll just stay there attacking the tree roots until you kill him.
