This boss can be partied, I'm just not that good at parrying, so, dodging. Stay to his left side and try to bait out the Dancing Blade weapon art. Dodge to his shield side to get 2-3 punishment hits in when he does the attack. Otherwise, stick to him like glue. His one-handed attack, his horizontal and overhead can all be parried as long as the sword isn't red. If it's red, listen to Mr. Piccol...
Elden Ring Guru was right. Godrick falls victim to the bow cheese.

The F5C. Looking at it, doesn't look like much. A small fighter from the Korean War/Vietnam War era. Keep your speed above mach .95 and you'll be a menace with it.

If you're having trouble with her, just do what the Pitmaster in Oblivion tells you to do with wizards. Get in close and stab 'em a couple times. That'll teach 'em.

I don't talk in my videos. My gear though is; Raptor's Black Feathers, Gargoyle Twin Blades x2 @+25, Turtle Talisman, Claw Talisman, Rotted Sword Wing Insignia, and Crimson Medalion +1. Vigor:60, Endurance:60, Vitality:55, Strength:80, Dextarity:80, Intelligence:9, Faith:60, Arcane:80 Twin Gargoyles are blood. The gimmick is to proc the Rotted Sword Wing Insignia's extra damage on combos. Since the bonus maxes at the 4th hit, no need to go beyond the jump attacks.
Wouldnt elanoras pole blade and a cold twinblade that uses ice mist be better dps with that setup? Mogh ready bleeds fast AF and adding 1 more status affect proc would melt him faster right? (Ik mogh is hella fire res but over all your using status not raw dps.

This was a 578GS Musa. PEN Kzarka, TET Kutum, PEN Dandelion, TET all boss armor, TET Crescent Ring, PEN Capotia Ring, PEN Capotia Belt, PEN Capotia Necklace, TRI Tungrad Earring, PEN Capotia Earring.
It's Magic. The entire point is to mess around and stumble across interesting combinations.
First attempt one my first playthrough. Last souls game before this was Dark Souls 2 several years beforehand.
The only boss I feel even a little bad for killing. Dude just wants to be left alone. Here comes the Ashen One to fuck those plans up.
Easiest way to take this guy down is with a +10 bow and a lot of arrows. When he does the lightning attack, turn your back to him. It will 100% of the time just miss you if you do. Use a melee weapon to drop the dragon. Use arrows to kill the Nameless King. Keep away and just shoot him. Once you get the timing of his attacks down, this is a cakewalk.

Lol, if I remember right (been a while) this was my first playthrough of a Souls game. My only prior experience was Bloodborne a few years earlier. Man I was twitchy back then. Happy to report, not as twitchy anymore. Much more controlled dodges.
