- If you are visiting French Polynesia, you cannot miss Moorea, very close to Tahiti. It has a lot of activities combined with a great balance between remoteness and tourism. It's a perfect spot for nature lovers, as it offers great hiking, snorkelling and diving with colourful marine life. For those who want to learn about the Polynesian vibe, they can visit the Moorea Tiki Village.
We recommend to go outside of the resort life and discover it your own way (you should still go to Sofitel and Hilton Moorea for snorkelling...:) We will share how we spent a week in Moorea and the best things to do! We also did our PADI diving licence here that we strongly recommend! Thanks for watching!

Nice video. What's the price for the night on the boat + contact if possible, thanks.
Hello! Thanks for the feedback, highly appreciate it. At the time when we visited the island the cost was around 120 euros/night. Not sure how it evolved since then, but here is the link to the booking: www.booking.com/hotel/pf/sejour-insolite-a-bord.en-gb.html?aid=304142 I hope it helps, anything else let me know ;)

Hey there for sure! Here is the link to the apartment in Cook's Bay: www.booking.com/hotel/pf/te-fare-hinahei.en-gb.html?aid=304142

Nicely done. We are heading there soon. Can’t wait! Staying at Les Timpaniers. Did you rent a car?
Hey Kelly! Thanks! Awesome you are going, and staying at of the best locations! Visiting any other island? Yes, we rented a car, and I think it’s a must on Moorea, it makes your life very flexible. We rented from a private couple, that we have been connected to through someone we met on our trip. If you are interested I can ask if he still has the car. Cheers, Balint
Hi, thank you for replying. Yes we will be staying on Papeete at Te Moana for 2 nights and then our Paul Gauguin cruise leaves for 7 nights visiting a # of islands. We did this trip back in 2002 and it was AMAZING. This time we are staying after the cruise and going to Moorea for 3 nights. I'm trying to figure out if we can rent at a car late night when we get in at Papeete then return it before cruise. Then how to get from PPT airport to cruise ship. After the cruise the plan is to walk from boat over to ferry to Moorea but I need to book a car ahead for Moorea from 5/11-5/14/24 and I'm not sure if I want to risk it on a private booking as anything can happen if you know what i mean. ;) but thank you so much for the offer to check on it. Cheers! Kelly @@leavingin5
That sounds like a great trip! I understand you don't want to risk it, I was also hesitant. If you don't find anything on Moorea, maybe you could try to rent in Papeete at the airport, and take the ferry with the car. I hope it works out!
