We have been going to Moorea since 2004 a total of 10 times. It is my island. We have Tahitian friends there and our Godson. There are great bungalows to rent for visits of 10 days or more that cost around $130 per night including a full kitchen. There are many price ranges for accommodations on Moorea.
It is my dream to go to Bora Bora someday. Hearing you talk about your experience brings my heart excitement. I can't wait to go! Thank you for the great tips!
Bora Bora is the dream! We're so impressed with how many amazing places you guys have visited so far! We didn't realise you can swim with whales over there. we'll have to keep that in mind. We've noticed the Sunday closures in quite a few different places, particularly around the Pacific Islands.
I completely agree, this was a dream destination that we are so excited to share with you guys. There is so much beauty and you guys would love it. These are the first pacific islands we've visited but they are so close to you guys! I am sure you guys can and will visit!
@@ChewsToExplore sounds like you have many more Pacific Islands coming up in your future! We hear Tonga is great for swimming with whales. our favourite pacific island so far is Samoa - lovely people, not touristy at all and lots of stunning attractions!
What a wealth of information I'll definitely have to save this video for future reference..... Maui is the same way. Many places close early and that was so unexpected for me.
Thank you for the support to our channel. Yes they are both islands in the pacific so probably very similar. I still have not been but plan on it one day.
Thank you for your super informative presentation about your trip to Tahiti. In my humble opinion, this is the best video about to how to saving tips based on your experience. Thank you once again.
Thank you for taking the time to watch my video and leaving such a positive comment. I'm thrilled that you found it informative and the best in its category. Your support motivates me to create more content.
I’ve traveled so much and only have a couple of bucket list destinations at this point: French polynesia, okavambo delta and Alaska. Other than that at this point it’s more about the experiences/how to travel than the exact place. Thank you for the FP tips!
Last year I traveled for eight months with my daughter and watched your video about Singapore before stopping there. Now a year later and back at home, I wanted to look into FP and came across you again! 😅⭐️
It warms my heart to hear that my video about Singapore was useful to you during your travels. Thank you for your continued support and I'm glad you found me again while exploring FP! Have a great trip!
Great vid, thank you for sharing the insight and information! We plan to be there next month and will use the suggestions you shared for sure! Do you have any advise on how and when we should book tours in either Moorea or Bora Bora (cost expectations if any too)?
Thank you so much for the kind words and support to our channel. I hope you guys have an amazing trip there. We are making a video on making these trips affordable. However, I would recommend booking your tours in person at the town squares they are significantly cheaper that way. Also try getyourguide.com they have some pretty affordable ones as well
Dude. your channel is amazing. Thumps up!!. One question, if we try to eat at the Vaiatape or main island, does it cost a lot cheaper? Because the restaurants at resort are so expensive, I'm wondering how the food price is at the main island. Seems resorts have complimentary boats/ferry to main island on a regular basis.
Thanks for watching and supporting us! Glad you enjoyed it. It is significantly cheaper in the main island. I have a ton more videos coming from French polynesia so stay tuned in for that as well. Majority of the resorts have ferries to the main island for free.
great video and very informative im going next year so good timing, i was about to call you out on your money wall, but then i saw my countries bill at the last minute. Canadian ten dollar bill so your cool (lol)
Haha thank you so much for the kind words and support to us! We actually just left toronto and Alberta a couple of weeks ago. We have to visit more of it next time! Thanks for watching
Thanks for your video. I would like to visit French Polynesia but not sure how to get around. In your video you state that you rented a car while on Tahiti. Did you also rent a car in Moorea and Bora Bora? If not how did you get around? Taxis?
You should check out our full videos on each one of those destinations on our channel. Moorea we rented an ATV for the day to really explore the island. Bora Bora we were on a resort and walked around the main island when we visited.
Hi - so Air Tahiti is most concerned with the weight of 50 pounds luggage and not the size dimensions of 150cm/ 59 inches. Air Tahiti Nui allows 50 pounds and 158cm/ 62 inches
Pls someone who lives in french Polynesia, if you have any advice I’d be more than happy, I am poly but I was born and raised in France, I am now a young adult and i feel so lost rn and my whole life I never felt home I’ve been drawn to Tahiti since I was young and I’ve gotten to a very unhappy point in my life where I feel like my responsibilities and problems will swallow me whole if I stay in this country any longer. should I just get my money up and leave for good? I want the more simple life I deserve I just don’t know where to start and the helpfull stuff only locals could teach me
Happiness, peace in your soul, it has to come from within first. There's not a person, place, job, or position in life that can give that to you except for you (& Jesus). Find Him, & He'll help you realize who you are, & who you are meant to be. I'm sure He has big plans for you, & I pray it doesn't take you half as long to realize it as it did for me honey. May the peace that eluded me find you & bless you in abundance.
You have confused Air Tahiti Nui, which is the international airline who takes you to Tahiti or France. And Air Tahiti who is the local airline. 2 different airlines.
