- Air Canada's 737 MAX in action at YYC Calgary International Airport for the first time! Air Canada brought their newest aircraft to Calgary International Airport for some training late yesterday evening, before departing this morning on some training flights for pilots, doing touch and goes between Calgary and Edmonton! They did two flights, about 4 hours each, with 4 touch and goes in both cities. Here we have C-FSCY, AC's second 737 MAX 8, pushing back, taxiing, and taking off runway 35L for Edmonton before returning back here early this morning, and then doing another touch and go here just after sunset. ATC is included throughout, hope you enjoy my first catch of this new aircraft type for Air Canada! It looks sharp in the new livery!
Thanks for watching!

The Captain is my longtime friend i would recognize his voice anywhere, awesome!
Awesome quality! It looks sooo good in that livery =D
Great footage!
Nice Video Mate. Their new livery does look quite nice on the max, but their old livery was much better and I would of loved to have seen it on this.
Thank you! Me too, at least one in the blue would have been nice.
Stunning clips, especially the last one with that gorgeous lighting! Takes some time to get used to the new livery but it's starting to grow on me.
Super night time video
What a awesome video
Amazing quality
Great video.
Interesting clips, the city looks so close on one part.
She’s a beauty
Nice Catch!!!

Nice video mate!
Man you are one lucky duck... Superb filming man and epic catch! :D
Thanks man!
That's some excellent footage of this nice new aircraft, love those shots with the city in the background!
Thank you!
Air Canada's first actual purchase of a boeing 737,the airline had some short lived B737s in the past but they were all ex Canadian airlines 200 series aircraft.
nice one! Stunning airplane! :)
Wonderful catch of the 737 MAX! Liked!
Thanks!
That has to be the most beautiful livery on the 737 MAX. Great video!
I think Alaska Airlines has this one beat by a long shot lol
Tim Lion nah his is better
This plane is now sitting in the desert somewhere
Them and Southwest Max have the best livery
I cant wait to be going on the first few transatlantic flights with this plane with air canada! The new interior is beautiful and everything about this plane is! SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!1 lol no one understands us plane geeks sometimes, my friends will just humour me! Lol but its all good!

Hey I was on that exact plane for ac412 on March 25th!
Nice to see some 737's flying with Air Canada these days. Was wondering when they would be ordering some. Kinda gotten tired of seeing Airbuses and so forth. My favorite bird flying with AC, though, is still the Bombardier Q400.
so does the MAX not have white wingtip position lights viewable from behind the airplane?
I did not even know AC would get 737's! Great catch!
Definitely a big change from their years of all Airbus in the narrowbody fleet. Thanks for watching!
I wonder where the 737 will go?🤔
to the toilet. have you not heard how bad and cramped it is? 30 inch seat economy + bathroom wash only 1 hand, flight attedents + pasengers trapped. ua-cam.com/video/2ApRs7uTfBw/v-deo.html
**SeeYourStar** oh gawd here they go again. Boeing has nothing to do with the 30” pitch. Standard issue Boeing’s have the same number of rows as the aircraft has windows. AC decided like everyone else to add the extra rows in the MAX just as they could with a 320, 777, 330 or any aircraft in their fleet. Next time you fly a single aisle 320 or 737 count the rows then count the windows to see how many extra rows have been shoehorned in. 30” pitch is torture, seats are getting less space and people are getting bigger, something has to give.
Great footage must say I prefer the old scheme
@Ian S I agree.
Looks like Air Canada likes flying with his sunglasses on at night.😂
This plane is now sitting in the desert somewhere
It's "touch n' go's", not "goes"
Thanks for watching!
No there aren't apostrophes in plurals
Yes there are
Back to English class for you...
Well you wouldn't say "goes" because that's not grammatically correct. "Gos" isn't a word either, so the only word to describe it is "touch-and-go's"
The mask looks horrific on the 737. wtf was AC thinking
i think it looks amazing. unique
Are you talking about the paint around the cockpit windows?. Because i love the way it looks, it makes the plane look different then all the other 737's. From further away it makes it look like the windows are shaped like that and i think it looks awesome.
It looks stellar, what are you talking about
I love it. Looks even better on the 787s too.
I think it looks really cool! but anyways why does it matter this thing is flying (sorry let me repeat this) F L Y I N G you places! We seem to forget how amazing airplanes are! So I don't think the mask is something you gotta talk about.
As a real world pilot, Just a horrible aircraft...
believe they were on sale at fire sale prices and they got sucked in by Boeing...
As a real world pilot that actually flies the Max - it's a beautiful time-tested aircraft...
time-worn might be more suitable..shocking might be suitable for a 1960s design still being pushed on the market now at firesale prices. In fact the cabin section harks back to the 720/707...how time-tested do you want to get before you call it antique?
