    Great job on thoroughly explaining everything! My question is that you mention 3 ways to run your plumbing, but don't mention using Pex. Is there a reason you left that one out?

    • @TheSeamster

      That is another way and pex would be but more money for all the cuts and adapters, clamps, elbows, Ts etc.

    Hey seamster big fan. Can you please tell me how you secured the sinks to the drop in counter tops? These sink basins don't come with clips. Did you just use liquid nails?

    • @TheSeamster
      @TheSeamster  Рік тому

      I had to use 2 stainless steel screws in opposite side corners and also silicone sealer on top edge. Then used adhesive under the sinks.

    • @TheSeamster

      @nickkimber6947 Рік тому +1

      @@jeremyproctor3357 As I stated in my previous comments. Our local health department requires NFS equipment! Having a stainless sink in a wood cabinet does not meet NFS requirements. Other than BBQ grills for outdoor use, we are also required to use NFS equipment. This includes refrigerators, freezers, and all cooking appliances. Not sure what you can get by with? I just know that these are the rules and this is how I build my own food trailers!

    Ive never really used rhis i like pex alot tho. But it can leak.if its not done right. Would u recommend pex in a food truck or do you prefer this type. When i was left to rebuild my entire bath n kitchen due ro abad landlord i lesened fast how to hook up water a rub shower n i also used pex alot for this. i was proud felt great n finally had a shower. I did use copper as wlel ans the ovious pvc pipes n p traps. Taught the guy i dated how to build wall studs hang dry wall and lay tiles n cupboards. Lol what u will do when u have no.hwlp. ytube n my dads past hosue building helped me alone im not too fancy yet in electical but i can so it. I did use shut offs too. The fancy ines lol i had ro have something fancy n pex foesnt have round shut offs. Some pieces were expensive some not so much. Im glad i learned about that air release with the water tank. First off, its not a hot water heater. You show that you dont know what you are talking about when you call it that. Second, that is a super crappy design of a plumbing system. Just put your pump near the tank, in line, and remove all of that unnecessary garbage.

    • @TheSeamster
      @TheSeamster  Рік тому

      First off, it must be a cold water machine. Second, the pump is not a primary source it’s a backup to no water service. Remember, this is to give you an idea to learn or improve your food truck. I hope you don’t talk to your family like you do to strangers, because I don’t really think they like you.

    It's funny to start a video by making a big ordeal over people commenting on your video and how you do that because there is a lot of people out there that know absolutely nothing but think they know everything. Well I'm guessing that camera your using has a mirror on it and you was looking in that mirror while saying that. Cause you obviously know nothing about plumbing and building a water system properly and efficiently. First of all why in the world would you WANT to use CPVC? That is the very worst outdated plumbing material there is. Secondly youve pretty much plumbed in circles under that counter making it way more complicated period, but sure complicated for someone that you was talking that doesn't know anything. Guess this method would get someone by in a bind. But if they want a good quality and efficient water system I hope they don't watch this. I truly feel sorry for the folks that buy this truck thing they are buying a new quality built food truck lol

    • @TheSeamster
      @TheSeamster  Рік тому

      Build one and let me know when you do. This is a 2 way water system if using tanks or water supplied. You must give yourself an option when in the stfu business. Don’t forget to let me know when watch your build.
