Welcome back to Canada 😉. I am in Auburn Bay. Great content as usual.
Thank you! Was it you we met yesterday? Thank you for saying hi!!! 😃 if you have friends who are moving here too we’d love to help them out!
@@ChamberlainGroup I do have a friend moving over from Toronto. Yes we met yesterday! What is the best way for reaching your company?
@@tiagonunes2302 best way is for them to go to www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/ and I’ll get it and help them get setup -Jared
I think Airdrie community is growing rapidly as well. What do you think?
Airdrie is growing as many of the cities around Calgary are. Do you own or thinking of buying there? Let us know how we can help out: www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/
Hey Chamberlain love your content, you have been a huge help to myself & family. My wife and I have a question about the suburbs? It’s about the lack of trees 🌳 as a family coming from the GTA…why does so many communities in Calgary lack trees, is it because of the climate? Also are there any neighbourhoods you’d recommend that is more green if possible🌳 thanks again for your content!!
Thank you for watching and so glad that it has helped 😃 Let's connect here and we can help you sort out a strategy in your move here and help find the perfect community for you... www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/
I think it’s mostly because a lot of neighbourhoods are new and trees haven’t been there for 50 years to grow. The older neighbourhoods in Calgary have more trees
@@kristineblaschek3916 yes that’s exactly it. We used to live in an inner city area and our neighbour was still the original owner and he planted the trees around his house over 50 years ago that he brought from his in laws farm in Saskatchewan… your explanation is exactly why there are less trees 🌳 🌲🙌
I'm surprised that Mahogany isn't featured
Honestly, the list could be really long as there are many communities that could be on this list, BUUUUT we didn't want to make a 45 min video 😂 ... so we had to choose 10!
Thanks for sharing amazing information in one video. I am planning to buy a townhouse in Belmont (SW) for investment, how is the rental potential and growth prospect of the property there.
Thanks in advance
You’re very welcome. There’s great opportunities. Let’s chat here more about how we can help you make that a reality. www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/
How is Seton? It would be great to know your outlook for Seton.
Thank you for watching and commenting. What has you interested there? Let’s chat more www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/ and we can help sort out your strategy either buying or selling.
I was thinking Brentwood 😊
Brentwood and all of the triwood areas are poised for growth for sure. Brentwood specifically because of how many new builds that are starting to happen in there over the years. Is this where you live?
Hi! I'm in the process of looking for a precon homes where i can rent out the basement. Possession date should be late 2024 or early 2025. I need a freehold/no condo fees. I have a house in bridlewood that i can sell.
We should chat and we can help you sort that out. www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/
What about Altadore and Bridgeland?
Both are fantastic areas with lots of development happening there. Are you looking to get into these areas or somewhere like them? Let's connect if you are and we can help www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/
What about Mahogany?
It could be. Whenever there are areas that have builders still building resale market can be harder because you will be competing against a builder when selling.
What about bridlewood.
Great neighbourhood. Do you live there or thinking of buying there? We can also chat here if you’d prefer www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/
What about doverview? Forest lawn? Marlborough?
Where there is low supply and higher demand, it will increase. If you're thinking of buying or selling we should chat www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/
Little Boxes, little boxes…
📦 📦 📦
All of calgary is good except north east. Avoid nearby cities such ( kind of like buying in surrey instead of Burnaby or Richmond)
so forest lawn and dover are good?
