    I love the detail you did on the side. I forget about using that technique for the entire sides - it's a great way to fancy it up while controlling the thickness of the frosting. Speaking of frosting, years ago I starting piping leftover frosting between graham crackers, then freezing them.....my godchildren went bonkers over them and do a freezer dive every time they visit, in hopes of finding some! They are like fancy ice cream sandwiches, as the grahams soften up pleasantly! It's a bonus when I have *chocolate* graham crackers in the house, too!
    You know that I have applauded the traditions you have built with your family, and creating them special foods is one they will remember for a long time. I have many fond memories of my late-mother asking us kids what meal and cake we wanted each birthday.💗 Cheers!
