Is that really "healthy"? Ask your body, NOT trends!

  • To be healthy you have to shift your relationship with food. And become self-aware of how foods make you feel.
    Sure you'll sometimes eat "bad" foods but when you realize how it makes you feel it becomes a rare thing and can be enjoyed without overindulging.
    Remember to ask yourself these questions throughout the day and while you’re on your health journey whether it's for an autoimmune disease, kidney disease, or even weight loss.
    Healthy changes starts working when you change your mindsets around food, and see food as nourishment for your cells and for overall health. It's not about feeling bad or being guilty. The more honest you can be with self - the more able you can change!
