Do you happen to have a video on the 3 cartridge Kinetico system? The Model is: DRINK WTR SYS PLUS VX 01 where it has a Prefiller Cartridge; a R/O Module: and, a MACguard Postfilter Cartridge? Also, where do I pickup the Pre and Post cartridges?
Have you seen the motor on top of the drinking water filteration unit leaking water from the two small holes in the back of the motor? K5 drinking water station
Sorry I’m late guys. Get the new k5 accumulator kit. It was $87 tax included from my Kinetico dealer and installed in 5 minutes, it includes shark bites and other than that it’s just three screws
@@andrewwichman7303 Thanks for the update. Was able to purchase the same k5 accumulator kit for $99 in Canada today and install it within a few minutes. It attaches to the drain hose, on my unit that was hose #4 - the red line.
So why are the filters such a rip off? Just spent $90 for both of them at our local store in town... what the crap??? Does any one know of a cheaper place? The price of them is even more expensive online... What a racket....
My experience with this company is bad, customer service don’t want answer your questions, all they say is they have technician, and their price is too high, and you have to change the cartilage more often than other companies, and the system to get water after you change the cartilage you have to drain out a lot of water, waste of water Pls, shop around, and know the in and out of the water filter system companies, check the pro and con, before you decide to have it, but this type of brand, I don’t recommend, I feel the company is robbing me, highway robbery
@@johnfal1849 For both filters and it lasts 500 gallons and can produce 40 gallons a day to drink. It is also an RO system so if you don't have a water softener then there are other options out there that won't have to remove the salt.
For the next model, I’d suggest making filters that are harder to clip in, spill more water on the floor and need to be changed more frequently!!!!

Beware the filter holder can be installed with either side facing the wall so that changes the position of the filters!!!
According to my unit, the filters are backwards from how those in the video were installed.
But how do use the sanitizer that comes with the filters?

Yup, the company who installs them gave me a whole new unit.

$63 dollars for one damn filter!!
Please were did u find it for 63 dollars? Cos the last time I got it,it was 75 bucks
