Fromage Blanc (must eat when in Paris) with honey, muesli, and dried or fresh fruit.
Egg and Kale Souffle: 2 eggs per container, kale (well chopped), salt, pepper, and French butter
Brussel Sprouts: Chop onions and garlic. Cut brussel sprouts into halves and remove and separate the leaves. Saute garlic then onions with butter in hot cast iron pan. Add brussel sprouts then season with salt, pepper, Herbes de Provence, and a little garlic powder.

The baked egg & kale were sooo good. The only thing that would’ve made it better is a little cheese. If juju had done this video, I’m sure there would’ve been a stew in it. But I can only each so much French stew. Haha.

Love your spunk and flare! I’ve been binging your videos as I head to a Paris on Friday. What does 60degress and rain feel like in Paris? Trying to decide if a trench and scarf is enough or should I bring a heavier coat. TY!❤
It’s a high of 59 degrees today and I’m wearing my Aritzia down coat (very similar to the Canada Goose coats). Everyone has on their winter coats so either heavy wool coats or puffer coats or Canada Goose. I could sit on this park bench in the sun without my coat for 10 minutes but after that I wouldn’t be comfortable. It’s also a little windy today.
Thank you for that incredible intel - you’re an angel! I was considering not taking the wool coat in lieu of the trench as 60s in Colorado is not down coat weather. Happy Days ahead!!!

Please. After I received the 1st email from the neighbor I would have referred all them to the fire dept. I'm sure the entire incident was documented. They just wanted to blame you for their inaction!
Right?! It was such a bizarre incident. I think the report from the firemen said that they knocked on the door of the gardienne and she didn’t respond because the gardienne has been avoiding me like the plague.
