When baby William was born, his mom and dad had no idea that he will one day act in a series about space travel and then actually go to space as a real-life space traveler. This event makes me so emotional and happy.

Stewart was recently diagnosed with a heart problem. Pretty sure he won't be flying on any rockets anytime soon because of it. Shatner is in amazing condition for a 90 year old man and I think you would have a hard time finding someone his age who could even climb the stairs he did to get up to the capsule for takeoff. I actually spoke to someone who worked on an event earlier this year with him and she said he's 90, looks 60 and acts 20 which is a good way to be.

The process of the rocket taking off, separating from the capsule and landing back on earth, does anyone know whilst the capsule continues above earth's atmosphere to also come down and then parachute back to earth, leaving the original rocket to be used again - is this an advanced system if it can be used again? They don't say if the capsule can be used again. Was any of the hardware in the Apollo flights ever used again? Does anyone know?
