I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but you will need to have your Playstation on while playing the games that are on your Playstation. So even though you're using your computer as the screen instead of a TV, you'll still need the Playstation on

@@morii.07 Your Playstation will need to be on the entire time you're playing, BUT it won't need to be in the same room as your computer since you're only needing to link your Playstation account on the computer website

When I go into remote play on my PC, my friends in the party say that my mic makes loud annoying sounds when I’m not muted. I’ve tried basically everything and it still happens. I’ve also tried discord and it sounds fine so it is definitely something wrong with the remote play. Does anyone know how to help?
nothing is wrong with ps4 remote play I think your laptops sound drivers are bad, discord has its on software for sound suppression so ur voice will sound good but ur laptops sound drivers must not be having sound supression so when you play on remote play ur microphone is connected ur ps4 via laptop and thus ur mic sounds shit I have faced the same problem my friends used to say my mic sounded like there was a typhoon in my house 😂😂😂 if u wanna know how to fix it just ask me
So what you want to do is take your ps4 to the beach and throw it into the water to sink.That should fix your mic problem

thanks very much for the kind sharing. i have a few questions though if you dont mind as follow:
1. do i need a powerful computer with a dedicated GPU in order to play the ps games or any basic windows 10 laptop would would work just fine?
2. if i'm not in the house and out in a coffee shop like starbucks or a public library with my laptop connected to a public wifi service, would i still be able to play the ps games with my laptop?
3. do i need to turn on my play station console and leave it on all the time in order to be connected to my laptop to play the games?

Could you make a tutorial of how to put your ps4 on a monitor without remote play. Like what I'm saying is instead of plugging it into a tv you plug it into a monitor. I'm making a budget setup and monitors are cheaper than smart tvs.

@@ziverch if its an old monitor other wise adapter might not work in that case u can use a HDMI switch with the adapter to make the ps4 think its compatible there is some adapters that use power supply which is the one you want to buy if its old monitor if its new mostly it gonna have HDMI but don't go higher than 720p if it doesn't support hd or make it on automatic which gonna make your ps4 try to give you the best picture and if u see black screen etc hold down the power button until u hear 2 beeps

This is quite interesting. Had a PS4 for years now and have been playing on my big screen TV. But the missus most often used it to watch Netflix or UA-cam. So, does this procedure still work? No complicated set-up? Do I have to change any settings on my PC or PS4 so playing games will be more better/smoother? Do you always have to plug the controller on your PC to play games? Have you tried wireless or via Bluetooth?
I tried Bluetooth on mine and it works fine, but just a small amount of stick drift.

Os A as long as u have a wifi adapter already installed in ur pc. If u r using a laptop it already has a wifi adapter obviously. In a lot of games u don’t even need to use ds4 windows. U have to make sure ur PS4 controller is off, then hold down the ps button and share button at the same time until the light on the back of the controller flashes

Can u remote play with your laptop if you're not home. So basically stream to your laptop from a different location than your PS4.
But when i use remote play on pc i cant talk with my friend's party because my headset is connected to the pc where there's the remote play

You may use your regular 3.5mm earphones to connect to the controller and a separate headset for pc if you're using discord or you can use male to male 3.5mm audio jack to connect the controller to the pc. In that way you can still hear game audio and talk to your friends on pc at the same time.

I will tell how to work controller on your remote play. First make extra account in your PS4 and connect your laptop and PS4 with remote play and then press PS button on your controller and then switch account menu will be open select your account which you want to play with on your PS4 don't select the account which you have connected laptop with your PS4 choose another account and your controller on remote play if it works reply me cause my work

Your internet speed doesn't matter because everything is local. So if you paying for 5mbps and your router in your home is 100 mbps, your local speed is 100 mbps. It doesn't use the internet.

hey the reason that happened is because for some reason you cant play the account you sign into, I just sign into my alt account on remote play and then just go into your main account. that should work cuz it worked for me

I tried wireless connection for pc and ps4 and it worked, but when I tried multiple times connecting through device to router LAN cables an erroe would show up saying "We can't find your ps4, make sure to connect on the same network."
