Yup. About comments targeting UA-cam employees iirc. Although it was pure parody, UA-cam doesn't have a sense of humor and instead took it literal. But any company will always become serious when they themselves are the target. They hardly give a shit about randoms.

She doxed him from the youtube report system which is why people are mad at youtube because the system allows this and has for a very long time. She false struck his videos and he fought the claim and she fought the counter claim which turns it into a court battle and forces them to give their personal information to have the video put back up. It wasn't off site behavior because she doxed him with the youtube system and instead of using it to sue she showed up to his house. This means anyone could do the same and show up with a gun. People want youtube to change the copyright strike system because youtube can be sued if someone murders someone and they can prove they found their location from it.
She strikes me as the type of person who can easily convince themselves they're not doing anything wrong. Probably sleeping soundly while the Internet loses their mind over her ethics. They should just delete her from the platform.

The main thing is youtube publically has supported her as a "creator" I don't know if Instagram has that's why it's such an issue and she doxxed another youtuber over youtube issues Instagram should also take some action but the reason Instagram isn't being questioned as much is because of the entire situation as a whole and she makes her millions off youtube which is all stolen content
Arrested for ARMED ROBBERY and you don't think her showing up at Jack's house and Doxing him is worth harsh punishment? ...at this point UA-cam is screwed whether they do something or not.
I think the main issue with UA-cam is that they are very biased when it comes to deplatforming or channel punishments. Because on several other occasions they will ban/punish creators because of stuff off platform all the time. But with her she gets a light sentence. And I think the reason why she got off easy and why people think UA-cam should do more is because Sniper has represented and been pushed by the platform on and off site.
Yes. In the past that's exactly what it's been with youtube. However it's been a permanent suspension for the retraining account if the main account was also permanently banned already.

They really don't though. SSSniperwolf represents such an astronomically small portion of UA-cam that it is hard to even comprehend how little she matters. Even 100 million subs is not that big in comparison to UA-cam's 2.7 BILLION active users.
@@doublereel-real Even looking from that perspective though, UA-cam would rather not ban her for the same reason they probably wouldn't want to ban Asmon or MoistCritikal: They're big names and banning them brings UA-cam's own systems for bans and the such into question. Same thing occurs with the copyright strike system all the time (one of the biggest examples of UA-cam's own copyright system being shown as extremely ineffective and questionable was the whole debacle with the official Destiny 2 UA-cam channel getting hit with copyright strikes by someone who was violating UA-cam's own rules by reuploading music from D2. Bro, honestly, this is the hottest take I’ve ever heard Asmongold take. “ I don’t want to see someone deplatformed, especially for something they did off the platform.” Reads like it’s coming from someone who also did something wrong off the platform and they’re trying to get ahead of it, that’s how wild a statement that is. Actions have consequences, especially when those actions can put people in danger. If someone shouldn’t get removed from the platform for this, what the hell should they get removed for???

In terms of ban evasion, UA-cam has been quite consistent about this. Basically, if you create a new channel after you get banned on the original channel, it's ban evasion and you get banned as well. Anything else is fine with UA-cam. If you get your channel deleted and you have other channels, you can just use those spare UA-cam channels. UA-cam very rarely applies punishments on your other channels.
“The only apology is changed behavior” is what i tell people all the time! The problem with this *"are you sure he isn’t lying to his therapist and psychologist?”* take is that now you're making yourself a part of their "healing/getting better" process, which isn't your concern at all. If you don't know that person, there's no real reason why you should be involved in every step of that process, *you should only care about the end result* - is their behavior now better than the behavior displayed before? Because with your argument, that therapist/psychologist must be incompetent at their job if they can't identify a liar or someone that always evades talking about the real issue. And if every step of that process has to be vetted by you first (you're now making sure that each step is done according to what you think is right - for some reason), why is your approval needed in the first place?

People are wanting UA-cam to take action on it more than Instagram because SSSniperwolf and her victim are both UA-camrs as an occupation, not Instagrammers. Only action by UA-cam will be a punishment because they're the ones controlling her income. That doesn't mean Instagram shouldn't take action against her since she did commit a technical crime on their platform
Wild idea here, but it literally says on youtube's terms of service, that off platform behavior will also carry over to youtube, so couple that with what you've already said, and I can confidently say that if you're surprised people are calling for youtube to take action, on a youtube video, talking about people conducting most of their activity on youtube, surrounding their conduct and content on youtube, I don't really think your gears are turning quite fast enough to keep you alive for very long. That being said, I do expect people to hold Instagram accountable as well, depending on what their terms of service are.
My comment might read as a criticism of Asmongold, but I specifically said "if you're surprised..." in order to not group in people also calling on people to take instagram up to task.

Huge creators like SSSniperwolf & MrBeast (He's a good dude I'm just using him as an example) are playing by different rules they're big enough and profitable enough that they can get away with doing things that would get most channels demonetized completely or terminated. From everthing I have seen about her , she is not a nice person. I hope Jack and his family stay safe and I do hope he pursues whatever legal action he can.
The argument that 'it happened off platform it doesnt matter' is weak. Almost any other job will have training that mentions if you do something against their company standards off work hours, they have every right to fire you / end contract / etc. Just trying to treat streamers like they have a real job is all.
YT isn't a "job", just because some people do well enough on it that they don't need a job and can essentially start classifying this as their job doesn't change that. No one "hired" you, and you have zero entitlement to be paid a livable wage. You make however much your work gets you and that's it. That might be 5 cents per month, it might be $5000 a month, depends on how well your content does. And your own logic can be used against you, they have every right to not care about things you do off the platform if they don't personally think they were that bad. They're a private company. The only reason they're doing anything is because of everyone whining about it online.
@@Movs. my logic is UA-cam can do what they want… you said UA-cam can do what they want… how is my logic used against me? Tons of amazon sellers, eBay, 3d printers, fivver, etc aren’t hired and make money, and a competent person can understand that is their job. If you do a service, and make money, it’s a job. Just so happens the boss in those situations is the customer and the platform. And a platform can do and enforce what they want, just like a job that hires you. Customers can do what they want to. What she did is the same as having an account banned in a game and then just creating a new account and continuing the behavior she got banned for in the first place.
This is one of those times, where I 120% disagree with asmon. Saying she shouldn't be banned for, ILLEGAL mind you, of platform behavior, is such a complete bullsh*t take. Of course she should perma banned, there is no question about it. Further more, she should also be forced to pay for all expenses, if Jacksfilms decides that he has to move, because of the doxxing. If you are caught doing something illegal that puts other people in danger, no matter wat platform you do it on, should result in an instant permaban from UA-cam, any other opinion is simply wrong.
Metatron has a good video on this. His experience was that despite his channel being demonetized (for no reason), ads were still playing on his videos, but he didn't receive the revenue from those ads even after his demonetization was lifted.
Asmongold sitting there defending SSSniperwolf saying she shouldn't be deplatformed and "should everyone that commits a crime be banned from UA-cam" was kinda pathetic.
Just to set that straight. They are in California... Uploading a photo of someone's home, even when including an address, isn't Doxxing there. It isn't illegal in California... She proclaimed clearly she is stupid but didn't show signs of wanting to bring harm to him.

I absolutely agree. Actions should have consequences! She broke YT ToS and she should face more punishment for it. But she won't, because she is UA-cams golden child.
Ppl saying she's hot makes me laugh so hard. She's fully caked up all the time, search for some pictures of her without makeup and you're gonna be watching the Warcraft movie all over again with the female orcs.
On the topic of de-platforming someone due to something they did off-platform, if it has absolutely nothing to do with said platform then they shouldn't really get de-platformed. But in her case, she doxed another UA-camr, on the same platform, and violated UA-cam's own terms. So yeah in this case, she should be de-platformed on UA-cam.
comparing alex jones getting deplatformed to sssniperwolf being demonetized is not a very fair comparison. sssniperwolf won’t get deplatformed for what she did because banning her from youtube temporarily or demonetizing her is not deplatforming. she can still speak, and can especially do so on other platforms, she just doesn’t get paid for it, and she shouldn’t. plus, what platform does she even HAVE? what meaningful insight does she even give? if sssniperwolf wants to get paid for content, she should actually MAKE CONTENT. also, alex jones was continuously a menace who broke terms of service on several platforms, which every platform has a right to enforce.
That YT does this little to "punish" her will give ALL YT-User a manual how to do the same. With her doxxing and YTs reaction, Sniperwolf stretched the ToS..... and others will follow that Path. If YT punishes others more seriously for similiar stuff, play the sniperwolf-Case Card and watch how YT writhe to come up with a reason why a big Creator got away with it and a small one does not. A Feast for Lawyers.
She should be getting deplatformed because she broke the law. She placed two people's lives in danger intentionally, made fun of them and effectively got away with it. She now possibly influenced thousands of people that this sort of behavior is okay when it isn't. She doesn't need a place on youtube anymore.
Don't agree with Asmons point. She is not BANNED. Therefore she can upload videos. If YT didn't demonetize her second acc - YTs shortcoming. She still can upload on both main and second channel. This is not "semantics", this is literally a difference between breaking the rules and not breaking the rules. She was not banned and it means there is no ban evasion. Its like if your car is impounded, you still can drive your second car. Same thing applies. Also, this is exactly why i think she should've been banned (temp or not), not demonetized.
I agree with you. She's not banned (even though she should be permanently banned) but, she got temporary demonitization suspension. She is technically evading a ban by uploading to a second channel that was monetized. She's getting paid for her content when she's not supposed to be. If UA-cam is going to give SSSniperwolf a temporary demonitization suspension, then both of her channels should have had the temporary demonitization suspension at the time that she initially got the "punishment"
She was reuploading content from her main (demonetized) channel to the second one, and then UA-cam demonetized the second channel as well. The facts alone are enough to dismantle your argument. What she did was wrong and you must be blind to not see it.
@@ashylonen42379 my point is: she had a right to post on her second channel because if moderation chose a punishment to invoke, they should make sure they invoke it properly. Its not like the person in question created a new account out of the blue from what i gather. It was known to people that account exists Meaning she didn't actually evade anything. And its on mods/finance to block monetization on her second channel or up to finance or whoever to not transfer funds. Sorry, i 100% refuse to call it "ban evading" in a slightest. Also, could you even call a demonetization evasion "ban evasion" according to YT ToS? Im not sure.
@@sbsftw4232 but the facts literally bolster my argument?? She wasn't banned for ban evasion, they only demoney'd her second channel. Meaning this is NOT ban evasion. I'm paraphrasing a lot, but Actman explains what happened in one of his more recent videos (he was reacting to a video going over what's been happening with QuantumTV recently)
I just wanna put it out there. That actman got demonetized over a comment on Twitter, not on UA-cam.
Yup. About comments targeting UA-cam employees iirc. Although it was pure parody, UA-cam doesn't have a sense of humor and instead took it literal. But any company will always become serious when they themselves are the target. They hardly give a shit about randoms.

Because on several other occasions they will ban/punish creators because of stuff off platform all the time. But with her she gets a light sentence.

It's technically called "technology manipulation" in the TOS.
I think its also because UA-cam has used SSSniperwolf for events and stuff off site.

I knew I’d strike a nerve if I called streaming a job ;) needing to be hired to have a job is a non-argument. Entrepreneurs exist everywhere that aren’t hired.
That’s how plenty of streamers have gone under, or an amazon seller goes under, etc, etc, etc.

I absolutely agree. Actions should have consequences! She broke YT ToS and she should face more punishment for it. But she won't, because she is UA-cams golden child.
Kavos' ending tho..."Until next time...fuck off" such a British thing to do haha
Australians are like that too😏
Seems like Asmongold would be perfectly fine if someone doxxed him, showed up at his house, and their punishment was a temporary demonetization
you hear that folks? let's dox him!
@@turbobrent9435 The funny thing is we'd go to jail if we tried.
@@chanter3978 I'm fairly new, yeah.
He is?
UA-cam will never do anything more than the minimum punishment to their golden child.
And why should they? They're not going to suffer any consequences for not doing much of anything. People are still going to show up and watch.
I totally could imagine her going on twitter saying "I did not ban evade this is defamation!! I don't even know how to do ban evading!!" XD
Her actions show she’s not sorry 😂
"This isn't a court of law this is common sense" is a quote for the ages.
It’s not the different platform it’s the consequences that affect those victims
If what you say is true, why did youtube agree to demonitize 2nd channel lmao
@@sbsftw4232 but the facts literally bolster my argument?? She wasn't banned for ban evasion, they only demoney'd her second channel. Meaning this is NOT ban evasion.
Again, if cops wanted you not to drive but only impound your car, knowing full well you have a second one - its on them if you drive a second car, not on you. Minus the whole "they should take your license" (ban) part.
her getting banned from off platform behavior is not the problem, the doxxing happened as a direct result from their UA-cam "beef"
If it wasnt a big time youtuber nobody would care at all. Quantum still running around crazy as fuck
Some people dont understand how bad doxxing is specially for a youtuber
I bet Jack is finding a new place to stay in rn since he pretty much can’t stay there anymore
bro what she should absolutely be deplatformed for using her audience as a weapon. she lost her rights to a platform
Technically she hasn't until something bad happens to Jacksfilm, by which time it will be too late. SMH
@@SkellyHertz weaponizing your audience doesnt have to be physically hurting them. it can be anything from targeted hate to trying to scare his family by leaking his house to her ig. bit specific but its not an opinion its fact that dmg has already been done.
@@lightningmcqueen1717 By that logic he was weaponizing his audience this whole time by putting out a ton of videos making fun of her, while refusing to talk to her privately through DMs about it. Unless she personally does something to him then there's no case here. I could look up a celebrity's address right now on a website, it's not the website's fault if I decide to go to that person's house and do something to them, that would 100% be on me. Regardless, no one from her audience has done anything to him anyways.
I agree not to de-platform but as UA-cam and SSStalkerwolf have an employee/employer relationship, she needs to be "fired" or completely demonatized. She can keep uploading since she didn't commit the act on UA-cam itself but take the money earning away. Cause right now, she essentially committed an illegal form of harassment against a coworker.
How long will it take until they get it right? People like her don't change
Especially when they go unpunished. 😒
if this becomes a court battle sssniperwolf would undoubtedly win by a landslide here is why:
1. he has been taunting, bullying and harassing her for months ,
2.dedicated a whole channel towards bullying her, using her as content and exploiting her for his own profits,
3.he is the one gaining money from this whole explosive drama
4.,jackfilms started it all and has been the aggressor and stalker he is obsessed with her which is very creepy,
5.he incited and manipulated his toxic angry mob fanbase to bully and hate her (exactly what's happening now),
6.,his main goal of his bullying campaign is to get her deplatformed and loose her income and career,
7.he is sabotaging and trying to destroy her career.
8.he has also stolen her content it use as his own content
9.he has lied falsely accused her of 'doxxing' and has manipulated his fans and has created a narrative that he has been 'doxxed'
10.he has severely overstepped his mandate and acted as an authority forcing sssniperwolf and other creators to create content that HE thinks is 'transformative'
11.he has falsely accused sssniperwolf of 'stealing' or being 'lazy creator' hence defaming ,damaging her brand and destroying her reputation
12.He has violated UA-cam guidelines by inciting hate and abuse on UA-cam
13.he has committed crimes of defamation and harrasment
14.He is a threat to freedom of content creation on UA-cam
15.He has threatened her safety and well being by inciting his hateful fanbase to repeatedly bully her
16.He has caused immense emotional and psychological distress by inciting people against her
17.He lied he was doxxed,,doxxing means posting private information about someone like address or contact so he was not doxxed that means he lied which is defamation.
18.He is a threat to freedom of content creation on UA-cam by bullying and forcing creators to create content he thinks is 'transformative' '
19.He is pretending to be a good guy lying under the guise he is helping people while all he is doing is exploiting, leeching and using other creators for his benefit while stealing from them
20.He had the evil masterplan to destroy ssniperswolf's career, reputation and source of income with targeted bullying and must be deplatformed and banned from youtube
21.He has created a hostile work environment by manipulating the whole of internet and UA-camrs to gang against her.
22.He is a threat to her safety since alot of jacksfilms fans are inciting and claiming to want to do 'vigilante' justice.
23.he makes fun and mocks her mannerisms which is against tos

UA-cam could have slapped her long ago for violating TOS with content theft, though, no? Not a publisher thing. She is running a profit-oriented entertainment business by using uncredited content from other people for almost zero creative input added. That's as unfair use as it gets. It is carrying implications that UA-cam is hesitant to crack down hard when she is acting like a psychopath after they allowed her to be a scumbag for so long.
P.S.: Oh, at 23:24 you finally actually showed us what channel's video you are commenting on. 😉
UA-cam kinda have to take some responsibility IMO. If they left that channel monetized it's not the wildest leap to transition to using that instead. However, I'd also say that defense goes out the window when you are re-upping instead of making new posts on the new channel. That it clearly evasive.
It's funny to me how Asmond pauses the video of a guy talking to himself to talk to himself and I pause the video of a guy talking to himself about a guy talking to himself to talk to myself. Lmao

I agree that being deplatformed for something that happens off platform is generally a nono, but this directly involves UA-cam in a major way. It put Jacksfilms in a compromising situation over a UA-cam feud
Yo, whether its a bouncer at a club, a cop, an admin on a website, a host in a restaurant, a guild leader, raid leader, roleplay gamemaster or soccer ref, if you break a rule, you get a warning. If you go ahead and apologize only to turn around and use the first best loophole, you're out and you ain't coming back in.
I don't think UA-cam should ban people for things they did off-platform, BUT, it IS in the terms and services, so she should have been deplatformed.
Inciting violence in a crime. Doxxing is tangentially equivalent to Inciting violence to her target......
Agreed, I think it’s fair to take action against someone breaking another platform’s terms of service if your own platform has the same terms(assuming Instragram also has anti-doxxing rules). If she broke them there, it’s safe to assume she’s willing to break them here.
Regarding QuantumTV, according to Actman himself, the reason nothing happened to Quantum is because Actman, in one of his videos, basically guaranteed that Quantum's channel will be terminated (or something along those lines). I'm paraphrasing a lot, but Actman explains what happened in one of his more recent videos (he was reacting to a video going over what's been happening with QuantumTV recently)
Instagram, UA-cam, Twitter, The Community and most importantly the Legal System should hold her accountable. No more excuses!
