Pro tip! When spraying on the clear, don't continuously hold down the spray nozzle when applying. Spray with a sweeping back and forth motion, while letting go at each end of the spray. This keeps the nozzle from unnecessary spitting and helps the finish come out more even. Love the project!
That "light even coat" was THIIIIICCCCCCC
@@IchRockeInDerDisco He blasted that clear coat like it was a fire hose.
Turned out great! Love that ours open with the lift top for storage which I would highly recommend
Man you are a legend at collecting
I've always wanted a nes coffee table they just look so cool
YES! Thanks for putting this out there. Definitely an awesome and good looking storage setup.
Your reviews are really good it help me make my bedroom into a game room and collection 😄👍
Wow, looks easy to make and the end result is fantastic
I'm so glad people are copying me,love seeing this.when I built the first 1 16years ago and made it functional everyone went crazy I love the internet
That pokken controller made me smile, it's one of my favorite fighting pads
Wow i literally was searching for that table a few days ago thanks drew
You're the master of the D.I.Ys. You're the man!
Just did this myself and it turned out great! Thanks so much Drew!
If you end up seeing this, I’d recommend changing the amazon link for the paint. The “granite gray” color worked perfectly for the outside edges, but I found “elephant gray” worked great for the interior rectangles. The one you currently have linked is “pavement” which is too dark. Other than that, thanks so much for the tutorial, and I’ll enjoy my table now! 😎
Excellent tutorial. I never imagined that your table design was made of separate discrete pieces and paint. It looks so seamless on video that I thought it was somehow one big printout. Kudos for doing such a great job and for making such a useful tutorial. 👍
Always been in love with this table!
aggre
If you wanna make something like this but on HARD MODE you can make an N64 table. Wouldn’t be very functional but it would still be cool.
Now I wish I had room for a coffee table lol. Looks amazing. Maybe one day you can have the buttons cut from wood to make them raised and put glass over the top!
I like the 3D idea. Possibly resin would work too? But I wouldn't know myself. I just watch too much UA-cam.
I love that coffee table!
Been watching the channel, "Nintendo Collection", and he has a couple of them! He even turned one into a tall bar table recently! Oh, and this turned out amazing, I might need to make one some day. (Audio at the very end is missing D: )
I actually wanna pay you to make me a table like this.
I want one! Cool tutorial! Good job Nintendrew!
These tables are how I buy my house. They keep my house hot.
Always impresses me how productive this guy is
Ah my favorite arts and crafts channel
that's super cool! we live in an apartment though so don't know how much of this we could actually do but... pretty sweet project!
Neat idea, now I'd like to see a Sega Genesis controller shaped coffee table. That would be twice as awesome.
That's super cool! I'm currently moving out into my first own apartment and might try something like this someday! :)
That's pretty cool I'm not going to lie it would be cooler though if you can get that thing to actually work with an NES but I'm assuming that's a bit too complicated
I can see 2 player teams for Tetris competitions with that!
I really like these diy nintendo room videos. Keep up the good work 👍😀
Sick looking table nintendrew!
I've waited years for this video to come
What a great idea and it looks fantastic 👌👌
I can’t wait to make one
Nicely done! Super easy. Thanks!
You should use red circle and black square coasters for the ab buttons and the dpad
The legend is back
Thanks drew I always wanted a desk like that now that you made this video I can!
I love this already
I like your N64 shelf can you show us your shelf to and i also love the NES Table !! I was also wondering where did you get your shelf for the N64 games
Awesome table and instructions! We've been working on something similar for a while. Unfortunately we painted our opening coffee table "NES Controller Grey" and then had to move and it has been in storage for about a year, but someday we will finish it...lol...
Wow that's amazing 😊
Thank you! ✨
Could you do a video on how you did the wiring for your consoles… having them all plugged in at the same time and what you used … thanks !!
Wow cool
Amazing video
Love the video nintendrew gonna make one tomorrow!!
I WILL be doing this! Thank you!
bloody awesome
Wow, love this project ! 😃
Looks great! Thanks for sharing!
I'd really like to make one of these that doubles as a kotatsu
Cool
It looks awesome!!
Nice, very nice, could make my a game cube one as it is a square.
That's cool.
Brilliant!
Woah! The Sequel!
You should make a nintendo 64 table I built one myself and it looks amazing
Yay a new diy!!!!
NB used this in his handheld ranking video
I would like a pokeball table, this Is a great tutorial
Great video!
I haven't watched your channel in a while, and I'm glad I did. Thanks for this awesome tutorial!
Good shit! Looks good!
Nice!!
Nice one!!
This looks fun and easy to make! Now do an N64 controller one 🤓
Holy cow ive been watching your videos for years and ive never noticed that table 🤔 **sarcasm**
I have a similar coffeetable but with super famicom controller or just the PAL snes controller.
Sick!
I always wanted a n64 table
Heres an idea: Why not use a transparent sticker paper for the buttons/decals?
Is that mambo de chocobo in the background or am I still suffering the aftermath of those marshmellows I had the other day?
Nice
DIY: Drew in YOU
Hey man, what method did you use to paint the controller ports cover on Keemstar's gamecube? I was planning on doing that to mine and then I saw yours, it looks so clean and cool.
hey @Nintendrew , the links don't contain black paint
I wanna do this but with a desk
I want a functional NES or SNES controller table.
Now do an N64...
Also, you look so much like my brother it's actually freaky.
I'm not even following the tutorial idk why i watch this, tho i'd definetly wanna make this table some day
I still love your channel, but I really miss the weekly uploads.
What photo editing software are you using?
gem tho
Im having a hard timenl downloading and opening the templates. Help!
Am I the only one who has a lift top table open towards me so I can work on it at a comfortable height?
I like your thinking. I do wooden puzzles. Glueing and painting them as well. These folding tv try tables don't do as good as I'd like. Thank you!
How much money do you think this would cost in all?
Less than $100 overall if you're using the basic coffee table, closer to $150 if you want the fancy one. 😛 Thanks for watching!
@@Nintendrew You’re welcome! (Wow, I can’t believe you replied!! Sorry, I’m a fan)
@@Nintendrew where can I get the "upgraded" table that cheap? I've only seen them in places for $200-400 a piece or more sometimes.
hi
Btw the photo editing software he is using is called “gimp” he said it strangely so I thought I’d say.
Would I need that program to print his files?
@@Kazuma42 No, you don't need gimp to print those files.
@@xehP thank you
Me and the bois play nes on the nes table
Hey guys
Hmmmmm I wish I could make one not really that good of a handy man person
mike Tyson would be proud
“If you chose a table with a spring loaded compartment like mine”
