Hi Justin, I am working on a project where we want to get applications projected on four screens. This will enable work from home. This is a new and exciting technology, and will love to trail it. What would be the software and equipment I require in South Africa?
All you need is a Magic Leap headset. They currently have a trial program where you get 4 headsets for 45 days or you can just buy one. Check it out here: MagicLeap.com
Man... I buyed two, but it's unuseful for home working. You just have few apps for demonstration and some limited games. Just it. The browser is a crap (you are not even allowed to login in google, since it's deprecated). Not even apps to watch videos (like VLC). No chance of editing any kind of text in the device or even print from it. The app manager - the world leap - is a mess. And if are not in USA, you'll be even more limited in options. I also have the Rift and the Quest, and they are much better in all aspects (and less expensive). I was using the quest to work (with vr desktop) and expected to do the same with magic leap. No chance. This product is a complete waste of money.
@@Justin_tech this might sound strange, but I could see art going digital as well, just like we are seeing physical media go away, I could see pictures on the wall being digital, you don't have to worry about hanging them up and you could move it around wherever you want, even sculptures and statues could go digital
I tried one; the device does not lag at all, and the image quality is good. The sound quality is surprising good, especially with Sigur Ros' Tonandi. The major issue is battery time and accumulated heat around temple.
funny how every youtuber will ask the viewer to like and subscribe, bruh if I like what I see I'll like and subscribe on my own and if I don't like your stuff I won't subscribe nor like no matter how much you say to do it lol
Thanks for featuring bar Justin! We're excited to launch soon!
Of course! Can’t wait to check it out.
Trello is a MUST to have on this. That is how I organize everything!
Ill check that out
Any new applications or uses? Last time I used it it was pretty cool but kind of Novel like it doesn’t have much of a purpose yet.

Man if they get vscode on this, it's a wrap
Yeah, but is it laggy as hell like it is in the video stream?
hey, whats going on with the magic leap headset, not part of the VR flux?
is it only meant for business or games as well? how much does it cost?
wonderful
I really like the quality of your videos, I gave you a like and subscribe. Dont stop doing what you do :D
Aww thank you!! 🙏🏻
Is it like really that buggy as seen in the vid?
Is Nutanix pricey?

What´s the refresh rate and input lag of magic leap 1? I´m thinking buy one for sim race instead of monitors or tv´s.
if u r not joking ....get the hp reverb g2 for that
I could see physical screens going away like how CRTs completely disappeared.
Exactly! That’s our future. Put on some glasses, or contacts, and perhaps even have a chip in your brain - and augmented images will appear.
Justin_tech I don’t even mind tbh 🤷🏻♂️

Is it the recording bad or does it lag that much in real life as well?!
It doesn’t lag. I was working the device hard, so when I record, the recording comes out like that.
I tried one; the device does not lag at all, and the image quality is good. The sound quality is surprising good, especially with Sigur Ros' Tonandi. The major issue is battery time and accumulated heat around temple.
I’m having difficulty getting the keyboard (Logi K600) connected - is there a trick to it I’m missing?
Should connect in the bluetooth section in settings.
Justin_tech nothing shows up at all, it just scans forever
why is the footage taken from the headset so laggy, Is that really the experience??
It’s not like that when using it, it just takes a lot of processing power to record the content.
So where does a person get something like this
www.magicleap.com/
The frame rate makes me wanna just stick with a pc
u mean the frame rate of the recording u r watching on youtube
Is the Bar application a Magic Leap developed application or a 3rd party application
3rd party
It is 3rd party :)
You didn't do a video conference call with all of your colleagues... why not?

why is it painfully choppy?
It’s just the recording. It’s not actually choppy like that, I’m just working it hard...
