God, Sandman is truly on another level. Everyone else has their little backstories and goofy quotes to show their personality. Sandman’s lore is that he kicks ass. There is no middle man, he’s better than you.
Y’know, I’m surprised at how Piston Hondo’s still in the Major Circuit’s low ranks initially - he has a better record than almost everyone after him, and his one loss is shown to be to Sandman! Dude could rock it in the World Circuit with ease.

I always knew King Hippo had alot of health than the others. The World Circuit guys aren't as tanky as I thought though.
You just generally punch them way less during stuns so that contributes a lot to hp
If I can add on, just remember that King Hippo only has 1 knockout, so he should naturally have more HP than the other people
