I’ve had my Heavy Cover canteen set for about 18 months now, love that thing. I carry it and a Firebox Titanium Nano with Trangia burner. I have paracord tied on both caps with a Canadian 🇨🇦 jam knot. Drop the jam knot over the neck of the canteen and cinch it up, easy and quick setup to change caps or just remove it.

Stainless steel canteens are great for campfire and if your not walking too far i have too many titanium pots now lost count how many i have but one thing is they are super light atb stuart

Very nice canteen and cup set! I have a 1990 military plastic canteen with tin cup and I think the heavy cover might be lighter than mine. Eventually, I think I might get myself one of those.

I got the Keith version. Supposedly it's even lighter (I don't know if that's true) but made by the same company (that is true). Heavy Cover was all sold out at the time 😂
