It's a bit unfortunate that it's not quite color accurate to the one from the anime. The primary color was suppose to be more of a dark green instead of a dark teal. Admittedly, I think the color of the kit looks better, but I'm also with those that wanted something closer to the anime.
Yeah, I also want anime accurate color because the dark green really fit the military design of it, but the dark teal is beautiful, though. It just fit another Gundam, rather than such heavy armor, militaristic Gundam like the Lfrith Ur.
Not using the mold-in part for the chest shell unit is most likely due to this suit being a non-protagonist suit. Bandai is prob worried about sales figures.
It looks great. The things it needs to go that extra way visually are the molded GUND parts, effect parts for the shoulder cannons and the Gatling gun, and the station cutter cannon. I'm surprised the score 4 antenna has guns built in.
Just completed my G-Witch wishlist purchases at The Gundam Base at Anime Expo (at least until the Calibarn/Schwarzette/Demi Barding are released here). Still wiping the tears of joy away after an amazing episode 24 conclusion.
Agree, it may be a bit smaller than the Zaku III but it does feel it is giving the chunky Z a run for it's money. love them both, but I'll be inclining to the Lfrith Ur for this one

( What if the White Bases engine never got destroyed during the battle of a baoa quo?) Question #2: What if Tem Ray never got sucked into outer space when side 7 was attacked?
Oh no! You don't like the chonky feet? That's actually one of my favorite parts of the high mobility type suits. It's because they need the extra stabilization when moving around and boosting. Plus they are like heavy armor beetles! I love it. xD
After seaching for so long and failing, I finally found one in a store, complete with a bunch of Gundvolva troops when I wasn't searching. But I have money problems incoming so I can't afford to buy Gunpla right now... 😅
Funny thing about this anime..we all thought that lfrith ur and lfrith thorn will combines.but it didn't happened.and lfrith thorn will always become chicken gundam🤣🤣🤣🤣
The Ur and Thorn might be the only surviving Gundam in the AS timeline, since they weren't called like the Schwarzette and Pharact were. Two possible reasons Bandai stopped using molded shell units. 1: Supply would never be able to keep up with demand. 2: Ur and Thorn aren't piloted by a core main character in this case.
I hate the Dilanzas... They're a bit too over the top toy like for my taste. This while I usually do like the big ass tank looking mobile suits. I do like the Lfrith Ur. Need to make some room since my display cases are full, but I look forward to building it. Also first time seeing the Zaku III... I like it! And I want it :D
I think this is my favorite version of the lfrith coming from the regular relases(I don't know if there is an lfrith version for premium bandai besides that super hand one). And one question, does the lfrith mass production type (the blue ones) have a kit? I kind loved it's design overall

I do agree on this being the best Lthrith variant outside of the main lineage (reconfigurations). I was on the fence and leaning towards the Thorn for the variable beam shotgun, but the cannons in the Ur's shoulder beam guns pushed things in its favor, and I already found it the more aesthetically pleasing.
Have you ever customized your own gunpla? I'm quite interest in how knowledgeable you're about gundam history, cause I need some reference for my own custom in New Gundam Breaker.
The pre-transferred Permet detail wouldn't look that great in Lfrith Ur's chest, because it was shown in the anime that the Permet parts in Ur's chest was pretty sunked in. Pre-transferred Permet detail really only works on flat Permet chests like those on Aerial and the OG Lfrith.
Hey a question, does anyone know where I can buy an hg Mobile Ginn? I've been waiying for hlj restock it but I'm pretty sure they will never do it so I wanted to know other places to buy any of the versions. And other is there a chance the Ginn or any other non gundam kits from ZAFT will ever get an REVIVE?

It wasn't. It was just an antenna/GUND amplifier. They did use a pair of yellow beamed cannons to cut off modules from Plant Quetta, but those were held, not mounted. And they were discarded after firing.
Not gonna lie, even though the kits of the Calibarn and the Schwarzette look really good, their overall role in the story, plus the final episode, absolutely killed my hype for any WFM kit, which is a huge shame.
