Hii, another retired ballet dancer here. I felt so moved by this workout. I think you get me when I say that the muscular memory is an impressive thing. I danced ballet since I was 4 yo and I stopped at 18 due to several injuries. I'm so sad that such a beautiful sport and art hurts us so much, many of my friends got injuries as well and ballerinas usually suffer from back pain and other stuff. I'm glad to hear that you are recovering well. Let's keep on dancing 🎉❤

I love the Taylor Swift dance workouts! I’m not “dancer coordinated” enough to do your other Dance Party workouts, but these are the perfect mix of dance, toning, and cardio without intense choreography. More like this please!!!

I'm living with a man who disRespects me almost on a daily basis. Due to health issues I have stayed. But I want out and that desire screams inside me. So, everyday I do something, even the smallest little thing to make myself strong; physically and emotionally. I have gone back to college at 50. I am trying to lose weight. There are days I want to scream like a crazy woman, and nights where I cry myself to sleep. But every morning I wake up is a gift, a chance to start again. My point is, never stop trying, never give up on yourself, never give up on possibilities. You have the strength inside to be a strong, fierce woman. Maddie, this was so good! I used to be a dancer and I SO appreciate the lengthening/dance exercises you implemented. Just in general, you use a lot of lengthening moves....and that isn't easy to find.

Though I looked like an injured flamingo during many of these moves, this video really turned around my day! I woke up really stiff and crabby with a back spasm I've been fighting all week. Just wanted to hibernate on the couch, but I did one of your 30 min stretch routines. Then I was able to get through this video with zero pain! Thank you for putting out great content. More ballet/modern dance inspired workouts, please!

I quit ballet six years ago and dove myself into yoga, which is my regular practice now, but moving my body to the music and those simil-ballet movements were such a pleasant throw-back. Hi. I did all your dance party workout for few times. Today, at the second day of Christmas, I have just found this dance sculpt workout. I have done 2000's; 2010's and Justin Bieber dance partty workout. After that, I decided do to this. I think, its awsomeeeeeeeeeeee. It help me to settle down and felt every muscle. I love this moment, when you started a little crazy dance and you were smiling. I was smiling with you and siging song with you. Even if i dont know words, I was singing and felt so happy. When i do this, i felt a little bit like ballerina. I wanted to be a bellerina as I was young. I mean when I was five. I could come out of my comfort zone. Thank you for every dance workout. You are perfect. Maybe New Year and a lot of new dance party workouts? Its my fav form of activity. Im sorry for my English but Im learning. I hope you will forgive my all mistakes.

Hi. I did all your dance party workout for few times. Today, at the second day of Christmas, I have just found this dance sculpt workout. I have done 2000's; 2010's and Justin Bieber dance partty workout. After that, I decided do to this. I think, its awsomeeeeeeeeeeee. It help me to settle down and felt every muscle. I love this moment, when you started a little crazy dance and you were smiling. I was smiling with you and siging song with you. Even if i dont know words, I was singing and felt so happy. When i do this, i felt a little bit like ballerina. I wanted to be a bellerina as I was young. I mean when I was five. I could come out of my comfort zone. Thank you for every dance workout. You are perfect. Maybe New Year and a lot of new dance party workouts? Its my fav form of activity. Im sorry for my English but Im learning. I hope you will forgive my all mistakes.
