To this day I regret the time I saw Jay Cutler sitting in the airport in SLC back in the early 2000's. He was in his prime and was absolutely HUMONGOUS! I knew it was him and he was just sitting by himself. All I wanted to do was meet him, I would never ask him or anyone for an autograph or anything. Had I known what a great guy his from watching his videos on YT I wouldn't hesitate to approach him. Thanks for all the info and motivation Jay!
Man, Jay’s longevity is so impressive. Still looking phenomenal at almost 50 years old. It’s refreshing to see, especially in this era of bodybuilding, that it is possible to come out on the other side fit and healthy
I literally wouldn't even know he's on the older side without reading this or looking it up, I know he's been in the scene a while but he just doesn't look his age at all

The more you build the abs the more you will see them on higher body fat percentage.I personally train them in 10-20 rep range(as my isolation exercises)

Honestly Jay ( MR. ABS ) is the only person I’d rather have tell me how to go at abs training and TRUE summer IS here, LETS GO JAY❗️AND THANK YOU Jay!! 💛✨💪😎👍
Sir you are my shoulder inspiration💪🏻 and I have a request! Can you please make a video on how to build an solid chest with resistance band cause I don't have a gym membership lots of love from India ❤️🇮🇳
Lots of push ups my friend. Hands wide, hands close, hands shoulder width apart, feet elevated, hands on something like a chair and feet on ground. Do them everyday, or as often as possible. Your chest will grow, I promise you that. Every variety of push up you can imagine really. Resistance bands aren't going to build your chest. You could maybe wrap the band around something like a pole and do chest flies or chest press with them but those won't build your chest really. Do them good old fashion push ups like I said and you'll see the difference quickly if your diet/sleep is on point.
The abdominal muscles are like the calves for me. Constantly challenged in everyday life. That's why these muscle groups need a very hard workout every 4 or 5 days or a moderately regular workout in order to have any stimulus at all. I do it as Jay does.
Honestly most bodybuilders are really positive people but with JC you can just feel how much he enjoys it even through a yt short
