But it hurts like crazy sleeping on my side, I always slept on my back before I got pregnant. I can't wait to sleep on my back again, I just want to sleep.

Ok you know what Drs are asking too much what they need to do is find a more suitable position or bed for women to sleep on cuz this sideways crap ain't working for nobody. Swear when you're pregnant it's stfu mommy and all about the fetus like wtf ever happened to taking care of BOTH MOM & BABY? once you're pregnant they treat you like an incubator not like a pregnant momma

Girl I feel you. It is what it is though. When baby comes, we’ll be talking about how it was all worth it. For now, we’re just baby vessels. And in pain from side sleeping

Sleeping on your back actually cuts off your baby’s oxygen, I felt so bad not knowing this at first and I was wondering why my daughter reacted the way she did in my belly the first time I slept on my back because my sides were hurting, she went into complete panic mode, when I told my doctor about it she said don’t Ever sleep on your back , so I came up with a comfortable solution to sleep like I’m sitting up but with pillows and blankets surrounding me, problem solved 😁🙌🏽

Well your body will guide you, as the weeks go by you will know the best ways for you to bend, it’s all in your comfort, although watch safety videos. Don’t feed your mind too much of negativity.
I bleed in my 5th week and when I got to the hospital they thought I had a miscarriage but I disagreed and went to pray then went to another hospital. My faith says God created a womb to carry a baby until the baby is born. Even now am still pregnant. You might not be a believer but I pray for you in Jesus name you will give birth to a healthy baby and nothing will go wrong throughout your pregnancy!

I cannot sleep anymore. I really tried sleeping on my left side and I got shoulder blade pain, back and hip pain as well. So I cannot sleep anymore cause of the pain. I dont know how to fix this. I'm 18 weeks and no proper sleep at all 🥲

I had the same issue, try using a pillow between legs, pillow behind back, wedge under belly and a soft pillow under the arm you’re not sleeping on. If all these areas are supported, you’ll feel better

Maybe try a hammock. I wonder if that alleviates discomfort for a bit.
