- House Umber is one of the oldest families in the North of Westeros. Their blood ties them back to the first men and they have been the last defence against wildling raids for generations. They are very loyal to House Stark of Winterfell and have always rallied to there banner when called. In the main A song of ice and fire books they play a large part in the main story, being among the first to name Robb Stark as King in the north and were loyal to the end at the red wedding. Even now with the north under the control of the house bolton they work to restore the starks to power.

Big Jon drank enough to kill 3 fully grown men. Then picked up a dinner table (most around 2 meters long) threw it over the Robb, then fought against several men, before being subjugated… what a badass
With such feats it is not even a theory to say that this people are build different and have giants blood.
If badass were a house✊🏾
I think the greatjon in the show really gets across how badass they are, great casting
Your channel is incredibly underrated, excellent video. Thank you!
Glad you like the content
They were not the first to rally to Robb’s side after Ned’s arrest. He was about to march his troops away before Robb set his wolf on him causin him to lose some fingers
After that incident, umbers became the most staunch supporters of Robb / starks
There sit the only king i mean to bend my knee to the King In The North!! 🗡🐺👑
Robb is a traitor and all the northern lords to. They spit on Ned’s grave when Robb was crowned.
@@notaseal7864 why because he didn’t wanna kneel to the Lannister?
@@JoseGonzalez-pn5zl If Cersei kids are baseborn then who is Robert Baratheon’s heir? Stannis
Who did Ned Stark die trying to put on the throne? Stannis
Who is the rightful king of Westeros since the Targs have been disposed? Stannis.
Who would have won the war of the 5 kings if Renly wasn’t ambition and Robb wasn’t too cowardly to stand up to his treacherous banner-men crowned him king?
Stannis
@@notaseal7864 There North was an independent kingdom long before the dragons arrive to Westeros. Stannis the same guy who killed his brother with blood magic and who lost the battle of blackwater. If he was suppose to be king why didn't the reach come to his side?? No one want him as king.
@@JoseGonzalez-pn5zl Because the reach and the Tyrell’s are also ambitious traitors.
They didn’t side with Renly because they thought he was the true king, they wanted Margary on the throne and Stannis was already wed.
Duncan, Clegane, Baratheons, Umber, Greyjoys all produce exceptionally large heirs, perhaps they have giant blood in them.
Crowfood Umber is the best
& the Night King put an end to house Umber
that scene was arguably one of the best bits of season 8. For me one of the genuinely good parts that made me jump. Shame that can't be said for the rest of the 'long night'
@@WorldOfWesteros Honestly I found it ridiculous
