    I honesty did not think this soap would have turned out so pretty. When you formed the ball, I did not think the outcome would have looked so nice.

    Hi, I would like to ask you about the melt and pour temperature to melt it, I tried and when I go over 150 degree, my soap become like gelly, is it because my soap is no good enough quality or is it because the melt and pour soap should be melted at a higher temperature like yours, at 172 degree, thank you for answering me, I am new at it. By the way, your soap is very nice, I like it.

    will the soap layers separate when using it in the shower? i've had that problem with melt and pour layers

    • @maryangier2773
      @maryangier2773 2 роки тому

      The drop swirls shouldn’t separate at all. However, if the row dried sightly before you added the next row, it will. All you have to do is spray +90% isopropyl alcohol on the layer before adding the next. Hope this helps…

    If we don't have a thermo gun how to detect the right temperature just to pour the base into the molds?

    • @koalasoap8435
      @koalasoap8435  3 роки тому

      When the stirring feels thicker, it is cooler, but this will be hard to do without a thermometer, as you really need the temp under 150 degrees F.

    I'M WONDERING HOW THIS SOAP BASE IS STAYING LIQUIFIED. I'M FAIRLY NEW WITH THIS BUT MINE ALWAYS COOLS TOO FAST AND GETS THAT FILM ON TOP. AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG? I'VE ALSO SEEN VIDEOS WHERE SOMETHING WAS MIXED WITH THE BASE TO KEEP IT FROM GETTING STICKY SO QUICKLY. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THAT MIGHT BE?

    • @tanyac5061
      @tanyac5061 2 роки тому

      I'm having this same problem. I only have it with the white base M&P. By the time u fill the mold to the top its pouring out chunky

    • @TONAIYAWILSON
      @TONAIYAWILSON 2 роки тому

      @@tanyac5061 YES, I BELIEVE THAT IT'S THE WHITE BASES ONLY. WHICH MEANS WE HAVE TO CONTINUE STIRRING IT UNTIL IT'S COOL ENOUGH TO POUR. I HAD TO FIGURE THAT OUT OVER TIME LOL.
