Hey Friends ❤️This is my first stockpile/garage sale. I donate lots of items to family, friends and the blessing box in my community. U killed it!!! I did my 1st stock pile yard sale like 2 months ago my city went nuts I made I think it was 475 in the 1st hour I was doing all small detergents 2/$4 and they ate it up lol (not literally) but good job when I coupon I paid a digital and paper spend booster so I always come out to almost free when I do my couponing so I didn’t mind doing it for cheap

Thank you for sharing! I love your organization! If possible can you please create a follow-up video with tips and tricks based on your experience please? I usually have 2 stockpile sales a year when my neighborhood has a community yard sale. If you wait until the spring, I think more people would love to purchase pool equipment in the spring. I have a stockpile sale coming up in about 2 weeks! This is my 3rd year participating! After the 1st sale, I was hooked. Great residual income! I'm so glad 😊 you created this video!!!!🎉

Great sale! I am surprised the laundry detergent didn’t sell out. I thought your prices were on point. Reducing the A&H laundry to $2 was good.

Hi!! My neighbor community is under HOA so if you live in a neighborhood that has an HOA it should tell you when you are allowed to have a sale. If you don’t you could have one anytime of the year! In April is the best time for me. Also search on FB to see if your community has a separate page to post sells.

Yes…The money I paid out of pocket for those items I got back and lots of extra! I was so happy to help others and my family!! So worth it ❤️
Your set up was great! You'll learn certain things in your area will always sell out. I would keep the razors at that price. My thinking on the razors is they don't expire, they are light and easy to carry back in. In my area it's only the men that will buy the men's razors. Women will pick up other things for their men, but they hardly ever pick him up a razor. I would also invest in a pricing gun since you are pricing things individually as well. I price everything! For two reasons: #1 It makes me more money. The store has different prices for each shampoo, deodorant, etc. so I do too. #2 My husband is the main cashier, he could never remember all the prices and a list would take too long with the amount of people that come all at once.

Great info, new to couponing myself and already starting to accumulate more of some items than my extended family can use right now so thinking about how long to keep before reselling.
Hi!! I have one every 6 months and when I buy I check expiration dates! Some items don’t expire and some do…so I always consider that when storing my items! Hope this helps ❤

Awesome sale Kim! I had my first sale this past June and I sold around $2000! Dawn always sells like crazy and dishwasher tabs. No one wanted snuggle or arm and hammer 😂

Hi!! You are on the East Coast ! I have visited that area! I am from North Mississippi but I find that some of the deals are the same at Walgreens! That’s my favorite store to coupon! Do you have a Kroger in your area or an affiliate to Kroger?
Hello, yes I have Krogers stores here as well as Walgreens. Trying to learn as my wife works in the school system and we try to get as much as we can for the kids who dont have much. Would appreciate any advise you have. Your videos are amazing!

Hi!! My husband helped me. He borrowed the tables and I save old sheets to cover my tables! We have moved several times so I had plenty of storage boxes large and small! I bought poster board and tags at The dollar tree to price everything or scrap paper. It only took me about two hours on Friday Night to set up, price and organize…my husband and son helped me! I advised in FB market place, my area’s community FB page! We also placed signs around the area!
I was so excited and can’t wait to have another one in the spring ❤️. I sure hope yours goes great!!
