Hi! My husband went in and bought a pack of gum and it printed for him. One year mine didn’t print and I called customer service and they had to given me credit on each one of my purchases and they couldn’t ever figure out why mine never printed at the store.

Is your $.75/2 a store coupon? It’s your choice to use a manufacturer coupon with an Ibotta Rebate that excludes coupons. It is my understanding that you can use a store coupon with Ibotta. Check and see if your rebate excludes coupons or not. Everyone has different rebate offers and coupons.

The $3 catalina is good on anything in your next purchase. You do not have to buy more Cheez its with it.

@@couponingwithkim1316 thanks for letting me know. I'll grab 5 today and hope for an Ibotta reset to do it on another Kroger card. I saw someone else with the butter rebate in their breakdown. I know they can vary, so yours probably didn't have a size.

Great haul! I don’t see too much I want to get this week. Kroger cash back has not been paying me for the last month. I’ve don’t them probably seven or more times. They are giving me the run around to get my credit. I had six shopping trips since April 30th, they owe me $35.99. They finally gave me partial credit of $20 so far. I have not used it because I want them to see what they owe me. They made me give them all the details from my receipt with time and date and the numbers after it. My card number and every deal I got. I probably spent at least 7 hours with them on chat and doing the email for everything. Last Monday was when I sent the email with all the details. Then later that day a different person emailed wanting something else. I sent that. They never replied or put my credit on. Now I’m not too sure about trying the deal’s because I only get stuff on Kroger cash back because of the great deals. I really don’t need all of it. Hopefully no one else is having as hard of time as I have for the last month getting there credit on their account. Much love 💕

Me either I had to call customer service and they pretty much said my number disconnected from my acct so it wasn’t registering..which was weird but they credited me as well so it worked out
