Jack, when they start selling stocks, go to the land auction before anything else! THey all buy upgrades after the land auction, so their money tanks, then they won't pay as much for shares, so it's much easier for you to win those!
Always great to see this series as always. My advice: get speed upgrade for horses ASAP - helps sell off the oil quick, especially when the prices are perfect. Great when *gas* comes into the game. Good luck next time!

I HIGHLY recommend the Moles. They helped me empty all the oil from a lot of levels in expert mode. They really do help so much.
