I get loopy as all hell when I'm on the recovery end of one, and I'm convinced that my speech communication is just permanently kerfuffled at this point 😅 The not being able to read part is no joke, I straight up get growing blind spots... Hey sean, little editorial oopsie at 37:04. Looks like you forgot to cut the video after the outro. Apart from that, great video. Really made me nostalgic
Jack I get migraines all the time so here’s a tip to help relieve the pain a bit. It may sound weird but there are a lot of pressure points that will relieve the pain. First one is a part of your ear a little bit above your earlobes that you can pinch. Another is putting pressure on your temples, you can rub your eyes, that sometimes helps. The last one I can think of right now is a little hard to explain, but if you rub the meaty part of your hand between the thumb and palm by pinching it, that may also work. I don’t know how many of these you know, or how many of them will work for you, but hope some of it helps!

Yeah, having to manage actual countries is very unique and fun
The game was fun as hell! I played it for like 4 weeks straight back when it first came out on mobile.
However, the paywall and the fact that it's only physically possible to progress so far if you put a couple bucks into Premium to unlock the governors and stuff you EARN in-game really makes it hard to enjoy if you have no money. Especially once you get past Level 2.
Sean, you need to increase cold resistance, and then Greenland can't fuck ya. Thanks for the nostalgia mate.
Jack not to point out the obvious but the covid 19 vacation was experimental and had long lasting effects like worse immunity migraines to heart failure beacuse the vacation that you got kills virus and part of your immune system
Allso my grandpa's cousin is a doctor tha dose that vacation he says it dosederectly do that

Thank you Sean truly
Same man. Been here since 2013 and haven't stopped watching since. Got me through school and now gets me through work and adulting
I remember playing plague Inc for a while, never picked it back up again. Now I get to watch jack play through it again.

a whole 53 minutes of pure content just like yee old days very nostalgic/j
EDIT: the video used to be 53 minutes long with around 10-20 minutes of silence and a black screen but is now edited out
Yeah especially at the end, very entertaining. I love the part at 40:06 the most.

I love the fact that jack is playing this game looking like an evil sophisticated diabolical doctor who really creates plagues
So the scientists in Wuhan who started the COVID pandemic?
Seeing Jack play makes me want to go for world record again.
do it

Sean is out here teaching me new things about myself I didn’t realise there was a correlation between migraines and hyper mobility! Been suffering with chronic migraines and back pain since I was a child and never knew they were connected. Also never knew it was linked to adhd either man it’s like a triple threat 😭
Hey Jack, don't know if you saw it but the game now has a zombie virus. It's my favorite mode.

they also had a vampire one which was rly cool
In the original series, I remember that jack said (regarding the Republic of Ireland being depicted as a part of the UK) that it was not a big deal as he wasn't "that patriotic". It appears to me that times have changed!
@@benjaminramsey498 I think that I would probably agree with you!
Apparently there's actually a valid reason for it in gameplay. Same with Canada and Alaska.
@@General_C Yeah but if I were you I'd look up the troubles and the Irish war of independence, some Irish don't like the English and shit like this would be offensive to the patriots. Fair considering their lovely history with eachother.
@@Chaoticorrosive Viruses don't discriminate it sees English and Irish as the same type of meat sacks to infect and kill.
Because he is now living in UK he needs to adapt like pokemon...like he was never irish 😂 ...I do believe his DNA ancestry results were 60 irish and 30 british. So he can go both ways lol
Surprised how long it's taking Jack to realize the reason he's struggling with green land is cause his cold resistance isn't good enough
The way I used to play PI was to devolve any symptoms and up all the abilities and transmitters so it would spread VERY quickly, very low key and then once every single person in the world was infected spam all the symptoms as far as I could go and literally end the world in seconds.
Edited to add: I wrote this about 3mins in and Sean is now doing exactly that 😆😆
Seán: that’s not good it’s killing faster then it’s spreading
Also Seán: *continues to pick things based on lethality instead of picking something to spread it in colder countries*
In medical school our professor actually recommended us to play this game for our Microbiology module 😂😂
That goes to show how accurate and well made the mechanic of the game is developed
@@lamthaiphuc4510 yeah, I heard about this game is developed with the help from some official medical agencies? This game nailed Epidemiology.
Imagine Covid 19 is like some dude playing Plague Inc that infected most people but the player didn't have enough DNA points to spend to make it lethal XD but seems Greenland was Jack's undoing.

11:29, I know most likely this is a joke but as a person from Aus I can say... it is terrifying living there. Spiders bigger than your hand, mosquitos everywhere, Kangaroos that break the car more than their own body when you hit them. I'm not saying you shouldn't visit but those are some reasons you shouldn't if you're easily scared. Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide are cities I recommend visiting if you every do.
11:07 as an Aussie, I hate to say it but thats true. The spiders here are immortal.
Pro Tip: After investing in Wind and Water, try to go with Birds. If you level them up enough, the migration patterns will also spread the diseases to new countries.
I was expecting the HJONKENING to max out the bird transmission options.
I love how he was joking about what's going on in America and yet he was spot on for everything
I honestly feel bad that Seán had a migraine the same day he recorded this video. Wonder what Trey’s excuse is!
I’m kidding! I love Robin and Trey! Wasn’t joking about the empathy though. 🥺
If only Jack invested more in cold resistance earlier.
The way he explains Australia and North America has me lmao
That part about Italy being the first to fall hits to close to reality.
I always love your nostalgia week. I look forward to it every year. I feel bad that he has a migraine though. I get them often myself. I hope it doesn't last too long.
Migraine is fun ain't it sometime I want to just open my skull and squeeze my brain to get rid of pain
29:29 Portugal's the same thing. Its labeled together Spain, being only one called "Spain"
"Everybody breathes air, not everybody drinks water" lol Jack- do I have to call somebody- a hospital- by chance?
Jack, it's funny that you were making fun of Canada at 16:44 for not getting infected. There is an amazing game called Death Road to Canada where Canada is the one civilization remaining after a zombie apocalypse, and you are trying to escape there. The art style, music, and humor is right up your alley!
Also, the fact that Sean called his second run the Hjonkening and yet completely forgot to select the Bird transmission point is hilarious.
As someone who started getting frequent migraines 11 years ago, these antics are highly relatable. I get loopy as all hell when I'm on the recovery end of one, and I'm convinced that my speech communication is just permanently kerfuffled at this point 😅 The not being able to read part is no joke, I straight up get growing blind spots...
Hope you were able to nap/relax after recording, and that you recover from it soon, Sean! Solidarity hugs!
Hey sean, little editorial oopsie at 37:04. Looks like you forgot to cut the video after the outro. Apart from that, great video. Really made me nostalgic
or maybe its Anti septic eye
I like how Jack is talking about Australia being hot all the time. Meanwhile I (an Australian) am layered with blankets cause I’m cold.
The 15 minutes of silence at the end is a total mood 41:12
Charlie Lunnit would be the only survivor
Lol
Is Charlie Lonnit, _innit?_
So long as he has his cigarettes, Charlie is ready for anything the universe can throw at him.
Jack: does two runs of the game
Also Jack: Does not take measures to ensure full infection of Greenland in both
Holy crap, we need this series back just so Jack can suffer through Cure Mode like the rest of us did.
Why was that one so much more complicated
Jack! There’s a Cure Mode on this game I recommend checking it out for the channel!😊
Ooooo that'd be cool!
