    Oooh this was a new one for me … happy with my progress, Abs definitely stronger, achieved most but still need to practice others … Abs are on 🔥 😊

    Oddly enough, I'm doing this one for the first time today.... My abs were already sore a minute into the workout! More like this in your newer workouts please! ☺️

    Rachel, I can not for the life of me do the roll ups (either w straight legs or bent). I was never good at sit-ups without someone holding my feet down. How can I learn how to do this? I’m so envious of your ability to do it with such ease! Help!

      I think it comes from ab strength! You can also try to do it with your feet under a couch to anchor yourself

    How do I keep my toes & feet from cramping when pointing for elongation?

      hydration before and during the workout! Try an electrolyte mix if plain water doesn't seem to help!

    Thank you for great video. 😊 Is it ok for my back to use small ankle weights on my legs in this exsercizes?

      Yes! It will definitely make it more challenging for your abs. If you feel any pain or feel you can’t do the exercises with good form though, I would try no ankle weights first and then progress to using them. But if you can, go for it!
