- THE ANTHEM OF 2022! We've all had a tough couple of years one way or another. This is THE song to blast during tough times to motivate and put you back on track to weather the storms of life that come your way.
I can not say enough good things about Skillet! One of my favorite bands with such a great sound, and powerful lyrics to match. Skillet is a band I listen to A LOT and just came out with a new album called Dominion. This is the first listen and reaction to an amazing anthem called Standing In The Storm. Enjoy!

Never realized how many Skillet songs I have heard that I really like. Damn radio stations not saying who is playing.
As Max Says, he's a professional LISTENER, and he points out the cool and sometimes unnoticed talent in songs. Like how he talks about Skillet's frontman shouting lyrics instead of singing, it has power, passion, and grab it.
The ending of the song shows this more, where he's literally shouting "Taking shots at Goliath". As always a great video and definitely fun. People asked me about why I liked Rock and Metal in High school, reasons like this, the meaning, Video, instruments, as I love guitars. And his wife, the female singer, is a good mix with the songs.
And in Legendary, John just straight up roars
I love Skillet, before I discovered them, I always listened to country, now I’m always listening to them all the time and never get tired of them. They don’t know this, Skillet made a big impact on my life in a positive ways. I can’t wait for their next album..

This whole album is just straight fire. Love it so much. Ignite and White Horse are my favorites from this album. Glad you enjoyed the song hope you enjoy the rest of the album as well.

Love Skillet and RED....both amazing Christian rock bands. I met Skillet during their tour on WinterJam quite a few years ago. I blasted their albums during my deployment during car rides and workouts. I definitely will be getting this album. I totally forgot they had one coming this year. Thanks for your content. It's been a rollercoaster this last couple months that listening to the old Skillet songs helped.
Love the sort of epic feel of the song! I'm always a sucker for an uplifting song of this type, the sort of "never give up, keep going". Almost sounds like a song from The Score lyrically. The Score have a sort of pop rock sound (Alternative Rock may be a better way to put it). Their song "Fire" is close to this but once again, a different type of rock. Always uplifting is what I like and this song and the analysis of it doesn't fail to disappoint.
Every time I hear skillet I feel the build up and then I get ready for the greatness to happen only to be left hanging 🤷 great reaction none the less loving the jam sessions we have 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

If you love Skillet "Will You Be There" is a must.
I was told to comment, "Comment, comment, comment." But I think that just sounds silly on its own.
It was fun watching this happen live.
Skillet pretty much shouts in most, if not all their songs. Yet I dislike none of those, because they are shouting what YOU'RE feeling because they are relating to you.
