Thank you for this, I needed to see how the 1985 suzuki quadrunner 250s pull start went together and its the exact same. Mine broke but lucky I had 2 so I took it off the other and assembled it with newer parts and it worked out! Thanks so much!!
Awesome!! There fun machines and pretty easy to work on, except everything is usually pretty hard to dismantle because of there age, but worth the effort. Good luck with your project!!
That's very common with the lt 125. Ours doesn't help same thing. Never thought about taller tires. Not sure if that would work or not? There very light in the front end. I always thought about putting some extra weight in the front end somehow, but never tested it .
Hey i have the same bike but iv'e been looking for the shaft sub. i call it the spacer that makes the nut not compress all way. i was wondering if you knew the dimensions of it?
Honestly, I don't have any particular advice. I'm assuming in unraveled on you? You just have to be patient and coil it back up. It can definitely be frustrating. Wish I had a trick for it.
Great video! The spring on my recoil starter broke, but I can use many of the processes you outlined. Thanks!

Hi. I'm almost certain it was 3/16
Is there a way to put slightly taller tires on the front because every time I take a turn the front tires come off the ground

Any advice on how to replace the recoil spring?

@@AdamzGarage it sure did uncoil and what a pain. Two hours into last night and couldn’t get it tight enough.
