Today in this video I will be sharing my honest reviews on kitchen aid mill grinder, if you have any queries regarding this video, please drop me a comment below and stay tuned to my channel I am going to be sharing Many recipes using the fresh grinded flour with this equipment so lets get started.
It comes up with the. Cleaning brush and manual booklet
It can’t be immersed in water hence it can’t be put in to dishwasher or washed by hand, it can only be cleaned with the brush.
It comes up with the 12 grinding slots form finer to coarser
To fix the attachment, simply loosen the hub’s screw and insert the square pint in to the hub and tighten the screw
now we will load up the hopper with the wheat grains
And we are gonna grind it all the way to the finest setting
It is recommended to keep the speed between 2 to 4
And this is how it looks
They also recommend not to use more than 10 cups of grains at a time as that will over heat the engine so This mill grinder is perfect for those who follows particular diet and have to grind unusual flour then this is an excellent grinder for them.
And now I am gonna show you how to make the flat breads or Roti using this flour. I have already shared the video of making roti dough using kitchen aid stand mixer so i am not gonna cover it again here in this video. I will share the link in the description box below if u r interested in watching.
I really liked the texture of the roti .. you could say the flour is little bit coarser then the one which we usually get in Indian store .
Now unscrew the side screws and brush it out with the brush and also one more thing to keep in mind that don’t use any oily grains or nuts.
So these were my reviews on kitchen aid mill grinder - Навчання та стиль
I thought to get this attachment instead of a dedicated mill/grinder, so this is very helpful! One cook said she had to grind her flour twice to get it as fine as from the store.
Great video as well thank you for taking the time to make this video.
I was just looking for a video on how to use the grinder attachment. I didn't know it had a bonus video on how to make Roti. Thank you very much.
Glad you liked it
Awesome video! Very useful information and I enjoyed seeing a food made with the flour. Thank you!!
Glad u liked it
I'm glad you mentioned oily nuts. I would have tried to make Almond or Coconut flour if you had not mentioned that. It will be a couple of months until mine is purchased, but it is definitely wise to learn about these products beforehand. Thank you for your tips.
Glad u liked it
Great video it was slow and well spoken. Covers all the key points of using without useless repetition. Glad you covered the non-use of oily nuts or types of seed.
Thank i

So, all went well! I did notice that the inside was a bit dirtier than yours when I opened it to clean it. In another video, I saw the amaranth was toasted a bit. Should I do that?
Yes u can
Roast a bit amd let it cool down completely

Can I use to make spices like dry, cilantro, dry sage, dried parsley, etc.?
Nice video! Can you tell me what grains using? I am in Chicago so if you know which by name. Thanks.
I have that and the manual says to run it on speed 10. It also says you don't need to clean it after every use unless you're changing grains.

Thanks for your review. Why no oily grain or nuts? Will it get stuck or it wont be able to grind?
It will stuck
What are examples of oily grains ? I didn't expect to hear the mechanism can't be washed, since most everything in contact with food needs a thorough cleaning at least occasionally.
Thank you for making this! How loud is it when grinding the grain?
It’s pretty loud especially the finer settings.
Does it work for coffee beans? 🤔
Very nice, thank you 😊
Sure enjoy 😊
Hi Thanks so much for sharing this video.
Glad u liked it
Great video! But I had a couple questions.... Why should we not put an oily nut in the grain mill? Also, if I need to grind up a potentially oily nut, what grain mill should I use? Any recommendations?
Not sure about it
Look into Wonder-mill Delux Jr. Although it’s a hand crank mill, it will grind oily grains quite well and even make a variety of nut butters. You can find videos about it on UA-cam.
I bought this attachment for my mother, thanks for the review.

The old unit made from cast iron seems better. Also the kitchenaid machine is very weak if it can handle only few minutes of grinding. I would suggest buy the commercial version of the kitchenaid. That one should have enough power to run a longer time and with no issues.
Thank you

Has anyone tried to grind coffee beans? They should be softer than corn or rice?
Not sure
@@Nidhicooks I called Kitchenaid up and they told me not to grind up coffee beans. It seems coffee beans contain a lot of oil which clogs up the grinder.
I did ask the person I talked to that we would like to see a coffee grinder attachment. She sent in a request. If more people ask for this they will probably make a coffee grinder. It will take time for this to happen.
Dose gnis grind poppe seds😂?
