got this today.I have a blower style gtx 1080. lowered temps 2c at stock gpu fan speed and 6c and max fan speed. so expect somewhere in the middle if u use a slightly more agressive then stock curve.
that's great to hear hopefully less sound as well
I had a 3080 gigabyte turbo which was hitting 91C under load. I bought one of these and it didn’t make any difference. I ended up switching to a 3080 evga FTW Which has much better temps and I ended up keeping this cooler installed since it’s keeping the triple fan slightly cooler and it looks neat
wow 91c that's crazy hot for 3080 but its after market single fan I know the founders has some nice cooling
I know that feeling. While mine (EVGA XC3 Ultra 3080) doesn't get to 91, it gets to 82ish (with fans capped at 74 percent) - and that's with an undervolt.
It seems to be about 5c+ less which is actually quite a lot, I'm not sure you realise that. Thanks for the video.
Great point!
Hello i have a question. Would it fit on top of the gpu with a backplate and can the fans be flipped over to blow in other direction ? Thinking of making a sandwich with those and my RTX 3070Ti
fans are pre mounted and it only installs one way
on my rx 7900 the temps dropped by 11 celsius 45 on idle now its at 34 and when im gaming its getting about 50-67 celsius
very good to hear do you get higher cpu clock speed from lower temp as well?
@@EzHardware yeah
the intro skills. Im such a novice.
I got grabbed a stock video from canva and did some light editing
can you turn off the rgb lights of this cooler?
nope RGB is always on
If you unplug the rgb header from the motherboard yeah.
"70c... Toasty"
*laughs in laptop*
4c is pretty good
5*C is literally 41*F… that’s a huge difference dude.
That's not how it works... a 5°C difference is not a 41°F difference, it's 9°F
Bruh 9/5C+32 doesnt work that way. Gotta drop the 32
For each variation of 1 degree Celsius, there is a corresponding variation of 1.8 degrees Fahrenheit.
