Hmmm... 🤔 See you're using R12 vs 134. My 2010 MDX takes R134 and clearly states that on the passenger-side engine compartment sticker...as well as the min and max load. Are you in Canada or a country other than U.S.? If so that might be important to point out to other DIYers so they can get the correct coolant.
@@Goldchannel12 I apologize Mr. Drew just noticed your reply and you're absolutely correct. The coolant in the video is indeed R12a and not its R12 predecessor. Now!... Since you've highlighted this, not so important, but ironically applicable truth; could you now address why it is important for ppl to know WHY they may want to be cautious when putting R12a into a system that has run r134a the vehicles entire life??? I'll await your reply 😌
We can just say can because there are different size. As I shown it is written on car. But just our while engine is running and when the pressure reached at green area of needle, stop and check temperature.
You're not supposed to turn the can upside down. You are putting liquid in the system when it needs the vapor. Can should be in a warm bucket of water.
not only that but if you forget to thumb up/down but keep watching, it means you like it and youtube will remember that and the video rating increases.
Thanks for explanation. Obviously you arent in US, so different refrigerant and degree display on your status screen. Thanks!
How can you tell when it’s enough freon to stop Or how many bottles to add ? Thanks for your video

So I can use 12a in my R-134a vehicle right? In Canada R-134a is banned because of the enviornment
Read what is printed on the car or talk to the local seller
Should the vehicle runs while fixing it
Aren't you supposed to have the motor turn off before you attach it and also have the air conditioning up on high?

Good job showing how. Thanks
What navigation system did you add to your car?
I forgot the name. it was custom system sold on AliExpress/eBay and installed someone.
39 pounds was plenty then rev your engine to 2000 rpm ,39 pounds is enough .

You are not a qualified technician, why do you do this?
