I keep getting Check Flow Fault. The heater starts up find and runs for like 20 minutes then shuts off.. inky way to get it back on is by shutting the pump off for a minute or 2 then turn on and it starts... any suggestions why this is happening?
No, the filter for the pool. If it’s backed up (pressure is too high) than your flow is low. Clean the filter, than test. Also clean salt cell if you have one

I have an old pool heater from Zodiac ( those triangular beige type ). Ive been dealing with Zodiac just to get the instructions manual for my model, cant seem to help me alot. Now today it shows me the HP code and 15min later HP4. Anyone knows what this mean?

Probably because its wired for 120 but it comes from factory configured for 240. Theres a circuit card you can flip to make it 120 or vice versa. The power must be right to get past the versa flow startup sequence.
He wasn't very clear on the filters. The filters he mentioned are in your filter system, not in the heater. You either have a sand or cartridge filter system.
I have a suggestion - DONT BUY JANDY EQUIPMENT!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR WARRANTIED PRODUCTS IS AWFUL!!!!!!! BEEN WAITING OVER A MONTH TO GET MY JANDY JXI 400N FIXED!!! TIME TO BUY ANOTHER BRAND!!!!
